When I called looking for a part that I didn't see online, they were able to look it up in their system and quote me a price right away. It's a pretty big yard, and for a hobbyist like me (who only needs salvage parts once in a while) they always have whatever I needed in stock. Like most salvage yards, though, if they don't have it, they can likely locate and/or order it for you. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they're also very busy, so if know what you need you'll be in and out of there in no time. One day I had my kids (14 mos. and 3y/o) with me and they expedited my request. Can't really ask for much more than that.
