Please read all reviews before you bring your business here! Highway C has been a supporter of Special Olympics and we have a "special guy" so I did not look at reviews. Well shame on me. If you call and get info please get it in writing because they will not follow through. Had a tractor picked up (by them) for an oil leak that the driver clearly noticed as he put it on his tow. After 3 weeks we called to get update. Guy says you have different leaks, asked on a scale of 1-10 how bad are those he said a 2 well those are clealry not the leak discussed. After that he said he was not going to fix because it would cost to much. We then said shouldn't that be up to me the customer? Awful communication asked for owner and was told he is out of town for awhile and couldn't be reached . We paid over $500. For nothing!! After an employee made us aware that this business was inflating the price on the repair bill on my bobcat. And we spent over $2,000 I was left with a bobcat worst then it went in. The owner happens to racially attract its clients and not try to slice problems by escalating the problem in front of other customers. The solution from him was to sue them ..... absolutely terrible. read more

Today I called Hwy C to check if they had an oil filter and air filter in stock for my John Deere. Person on the phone said that he would check later on and send me a "quote" in the email. I didn't even provide him with my email !?! What kinda of business gives quotes to purchase an air and oil filter? I needed those today, not 10 days from now and obviously won't get a quote because sales person never collected my email. And why email? Why not just take my phone number and call me back if you're busy? Terrible, terrible customer service. I will take my business somewhere else including my company's business. read more

I took my JD mower deck to Hwy C Service and they did a great job. I would recommend them for mower service. Thanks everyone.

I called about the tractor they had for sale. The sales guy Paul said it was for sale, but he had to clarify the concession. I liked the tractor, and the the price he told me. Paul than gave me a speech how he treated all customers like family, and how devoted he is to selling the right tractor to the right customer. Paul then said he would be calling me back after taking my information. I got all of the money squared away and waited for the call back. 10 days later no call, I call him and he said "oh ya it's not for sale". Thanks for nothing. Just set me back two weeks in my tractor shopping. I thought he would than recommend something similar or other tractors but he just hung up. I found this very unprofessional. I brought a used Ariens snowblower to these crooks 10 years ago for repair. They tore it apart and told me it was not fixable. I told them I would pick it up. When I arrived, they said they fixed it and it would cost $300. I told them I never authorized a $300 repair. We argued and they said they would sell it on commission and pay me for it. I called several times since and they said it did not sell. I have not heard from them since. CROOKS!!!! The Wisconsin Attorney General should shut this place down. I KNEW they were bad when they did not give me a receipt when I dropped off my snowblower. I scratched my name in the snowblower to prove I owned it. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! read more
