Do not bring your equipment here for repair. They were not able to repair a snowblower I brought in for repair telling me parts were not available. I found parts on Amazon and went to pick up blower from them and found that they lost many of the parts on my blower, and still charged me for the diagnostic. Cashier told me that I could buy the parts on my own and she would give me $10 off of diagnostic, and if I didn't pay difference, I could not have my blower back. After writing review owner directed cashier to call me back and let me know that found my parts. I still needed to go back two days later to pickup parts. I did get an apology for the terrible service.

Randy also incorrectly assumed that I do not maintain my riding mower... He was rude and arrogant. I had a mobile repair technician replace the belt just last week, and unfortunately it literally fell off when I began mowing. The price was $200. I have called for the technician to return and fix the issue, but he has not returned my call yet, so I was looking for other services that could help. Randy was very snippy and adivsed me that he wouldn't come to someone's house and replace a belt for under $500!!! He also advised they only do "in shop repairs". I will wait for the other fella to call me back.

I did a search online for a place that could repair my snow-blower. I called a couple of places and…read moregot quotes based on what I felt was wrong with it (worn auger belt). Both places estimated repair costs at $250-350 to change out the auger belt which included pick-up on the snow-blower. They estimated it would take at least a few days. Then I call Leroy's. The manager, Rick asked me to send him an email with my address and a picture of the sticker with model number. He responds that they can pick it up the next day (Tues) and that I'd have it back by Wed. They come get it Tues at 9am....and have it back to me by 12:30 the same afternoon. They also adjusted one of the brake releases for me too. Total bill was only $148 with door-to-door service. I'll recommend these guys to anybody who needs work on their snowblowers or lawn equipment. Absolutely fantastic service at a great price!
