Crossroads is an incredible brand new storage location accommodating motor-homes, boats, vehicles…read moreand many other storage needs. We visited the facility last week and were truly blown away by all the features and the exceptional customer service. They have lots of enclosed units in a variety of sizes, with the largest big enough to store our 45-foot motor-home. The enclosed units have temperature control and their own electrical panels along with coded access. There are also canopy options, which have electrical hook-ups AND fire suppression systems. And the entire facility is surrounded by a high wall, security cameras and storm drainage. In fact, we learned the entire facility has been built to withstand severe weather. Lastly, the owners are wonderful (which was mirrored by the other customers we met last week) - this is a family owned business and you can tell their genuine customer service and communications come from the heart AND the sincere desire to be successful by way of providing a great storage option with excellent service. Pricing options give real value for money and with no flexing. And we were told we can use the wash bay for free. We researched lots of places in the surrounding area and we would absolutely state this is the best option by far. In fact, we've not seen anything like it anywhere. 10/10. He escorted me to the storage unit and showed me everything on how to get in how to get out. The facility is immaculate, very well lit and secure. I would highly recommend this location. They also have a flat dolly and a standard two wheel dolly to move your items.

The online fee for renting a storage unit like mine is $40. I just received a notice that they are…read moreraising my rental fee again..this time to $77, nearly double the online price. They are willing to give me the published price, but only if I fill out all the paperwork again and move from my current unit to one exactly like it located in the same building. They do this every 6 months or so. It would seem that they should value long term renters, but apparently they do not. The facility is relatively new, reasonably maintained and reasonably clean for a building that the general public has 24 hour a day access to. I like the facility, but with storage units popping up like mushrooms in the area I need to seriously evaluate whether I will maintain my unit here or move on.

Thanks so much to the mechanic as he found some major things that needed replaced/repaired. Additionally, he suggested that I have an engine surveyor check out the engines. Based on the quote we received prior to having the engine survey, I was very pleased with the price. Unfortunately the engine survey was not good and it would likely mean the engines would need to be replaced. Unfortunately and understandably the cost to replace inboard engines is extremely expensive. Therefore, we decided not to go through with the repairs as it is an older boat. I am very happy with Owl Creek Boat Works & Storage! The team of professionals show you honesty, courtesy and professionalism.
