I was surprised because I had had the policy over a year {long enough for a rate increase}. I felt mislead but still offered to pay half. My daughter had to get a filling and cleaning done and we were rescheduled for later this month to do cleanings for my other three children. The doctor and staff were able to accommodate us today and get all kids scheduled for cleanings as well so they were all done together.
