I went from 3-4 days of excruciating unbearable tooth and face pain to being pain free, in less than 30 minutes, and root canal complete in about 55-75 minutes ( I fell asleep, as soon as I was numb, I'm not sure how long it took). I went to my dentist and they called got me scheduled for an hour later. For those that are afraid like I was, they numb you with a local, before they give you the shots to numb you fully. There was a little pinch of pain, when the needle had to go a little deeper, but nothing too bad, just close your eyes and you'll almost do not feel it. The doctor and staff were so kind and patient. No need for fear of judgement from them, which has been what's held me back for years, even after knowing I needed dental work done. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if ever again I need a root canal, I'm headed straight to Dr Simon. Thank yall so much!!!!

The dentist I saw was rude and refused to discuss my treatment until I spent more money on x-rays using up insurance money. And using another appointment that should have followed my plan. What was to be a crown ended up having a tooth pulled because of the delays. Then the crown on another tooth which should have been permanently has broken. I had an appointment scheduled but do to traffic accidents I was delayed so we rescheduled. This week I have had texts messages to confirm multiple voice mails to confirm which I did and then one today stating I would be charged a $50 for too many reschedules.
