Also on the phone call before coming to see the car I called about to trade in the guy asked me if I had any money down and I said I do not and at the table telling me numbers for the 2024 Subaru he also states you need to put $2,000 down. I of course said no because I'm not stupid and won't fall for shady tactics but I want people to be aware of how they play with their customers. It's very sad they have to lie to their customers to get them in the door and also lie and say you only qualify for this almost $30,000 car when it's not something you wanted or called about. BUYER BEWARE! My daughter bought a vehicle from them recently. They drove it for less than a month…read moreand it started having issues. They brought it back, was told there were no issues found and told if the issues happen again, come back and they will fix/address said issues. The vehicle STOPPED RUNNING completely. When they bought it there was a window tag. On the bottom it stated that it came with a 6 month powertrain warranty from CARS Protection Plus. Now this dealership has changed hands (happened while purchasing vehicle) and they are NO LONGER HONORING THE WARRANTY saying it was something they had to purchase separately or that it was available to purchase. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE WINDOW TAG SAID! It took this dealership SEVERAL attempts to get the paper work correct for the bank when they were financing. They can't seem to get their stuff in order. They don't want to be available to discuss issues with said vehicle. When they brought it into their shop, they cleared ALL of the trouble codes (I know this because I have a scan tool and have the codes saved, and there are clear signs in the tool that the codes were erased). WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!
