This is a very good convenience store. The coffee station has always been immaculate when I was there. The service has always been great from the staff as a whole. They have a rewards program that was suggested, so I finally signed up; however, my offers never seem to work. Early night Highs Office (Store # 51) The quality of service is very good, ALTHOUGH, I've noticed there's a HUGE difference in ethnicity theme in the store depending on what time of the day it is.. At night it's predominantly African America workers while in the morning time its predominantly caucasian workers.. Why is there not a blend of ethnic workers running the morning and night shifts ?? I've noticed a good Manager who works here, name Tracy, and a fellow team member who's name is Tyree, very good workers who supply store goods and store merchandise respectfully ( in the laws of stores regulations ) at night but they're not receiving any day time shifts.. If everyone is operating within the same law then everyone should be of "Like mind".. Managers at the store # 51, I feel u need to converse with your employees in a team meeting in making shore that everyone is on the same page in speaking their minds and heart (Truth) and implement a fair solution where everyone is receiving fair treatment.. In the Churches we have a belief : "1 Corinthians 1:10 I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought". The gas was three cents higher than Costco per Gas Buddy but the pumps at Highs are open. While here I tried a bacon egg on a biscuit and it tastes and smells good. The coffee is . The employees are cordial. If it's before 6am and I need gas or I want breakfast I'll stop in again. I suggest paying attention to specials. I got a sandwich and coffee for about 5.50. If I'd ordered the mighty meal deal it would have been 2 bucks less for the same thing. The cashier's didn't mention it. I assume it is an option on the order screen. read more

Run of the mill convenience store, with more variety and better prices. I stop here after work sometimes to get my sunflower seed fix. The folks inside are always friendly. My one complaint is the awkward location. There are not many places to park and getting out of the parking lot during certain times a day is a real challenge. read more

This gas station / touchless car wash / expanded convenience store sits at the end of the Annapolis Junction office park. Gas prices seemed reasonable and it was relatively easy to get into and out of this location. I can't attest to location brightness at night (it was still early evening the day of my visit). This place was clearly busy and I certainly appreciated the high quality car wash (though be prepared for long lines). I was pleased enough to return and, perhaps at some point, I will even venture inside to see what else is on offer. Petrol well, my friends. read more

I hate this place. I only come to this place, when I have no choice and out of gas. Customer service is horrible. I brought my car here for a car wash 2-3 times, One time the machine was broken, one time the system charged me wrong. You know what people said about location location location, with their great location, they don't need a good customer service. read more

Best fried chicken!!! We stop to buy gas and found our new fried chicken stop!!! Very good moist and reasonably priced!!!

The gas prices were .20 cents a gallon cheaper than in DC. The convenience store look like an expanded 7-11. The employees were nice. Bonus points for the cow themed decor. read more

Maybe their gas is good, but everything else is awful!!!! DO NOT go inside this establishment. The décor and layout looks good because it's a new building, but the staff is terrible - with terrible attitudes. Especially the two ladies that work the grill/fried chicken bar. After the crappy service I received when ordering two wings, I had to ask for the dinner roll that was supposed to come with my meal. They reached in some strange Tupperware bin and gave me a roll with mold on it. I asked if that was mold; they agreed, and then tried to quickly give me a new roll but I stormed out and trashed all of my food. If any level of Management is reading this review, it happened on Friday, 10/13, at 2:50pm. Please refer to the surveillance video. I stopped in here to use their brand new touch less car wash. Long story short the car wash would not start after I had already paid, and when I went in to ask for a refund the "lady" behind the counter gave me major attitude about it. She told me it was probably due to operator error (because operating a car wash is very difficult) and begrudgingly refunded my money. No concern at all that the car wash is broken. CAR WASH....use caution at the car wash. I'm sure it's getting overworked with this crappy winter weather. Car got stuck inside and they had to reset the wash. I paid for the Works and only got a Rinse. Had to go inside and pull up my credit card account to prove what I paid for to get another wash. I will never get that hour of my life back! Lol read more

The ice cream is great, so is the chicken, location is phenomenal for convenience. DEAR GOD DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH!!! I don't know if there is a dead body hiding under the racks or if they use the water that gets flushed down the toilets, but it smells like absolute ass. Just the absolute worst. Not to mention the fact that if you have any real dirt on your car, it doesn't really get it off(no brushes in the car wash), but I'd be fine with that if not for the lingering stench that has filled my car. read more

My last review is "not currently recommended" even though I wrote it objectively and conscientiously. I've been back to the station twice since posting it. Everything I said about the fuel, washer fluids, Weis points, and pricing still stands. Unfortunately, the cashier the last time I stopped by was young, not well trained, and overwhelmed (I was sixth in line waiting at one point) and my experience was less positive ... but he did apologize and my fuel purchasing experience was otherwise fine. I continue to recommend this location as a fuel stop. read more

no management in store only cashier and food counter person did not have what I order gave hush puppies that were hard as rocks spent 22 dollars on crab cake food should be fresh for that much the counter person had no gloves on handling food no temperature gauges to make sure food is keep hot this store in gambrills is terrible I can't say anymore read more
