I told her I got a new BMW and she recommend me getting the ceramic coat & wow I do not regret it at all. Worth every penny. Makes the metallic in the black paint coat really stand out. I booked an appointment with Xander through his mother. His mother, Loralee schedules appointments. Xander has all the equipment he needs in his small trailer. It is organized well and professional. I was attracted to his company because he is young, trained well, and still looking for ways to improve his service. He came to my house on time as planned. He washed and cleaned the inside of three cars. They were all done well. Xander is a nice young man. He is clean and professional. The second appointment was an emergency for a car trip I wanted to make and he was able to accommodate me. Again, he did a wash and the car was done well. His third visit was this past Monday and the appointment was moved from the first one in the morning to noon. He showed up late and did not call to inform me he would be late. When he arrived he apologized. I told him there isn't any excuse for not calling since everyone has a mobile phone. This is the only area where he needs improvement. As he tries to build his business he must be respectful of other people's time. I hope things work out. I want to continue using his service and help him become a successful business owner. read more

Excellent detailing and professional service! I was very impressed with the quality of the cleaning on my Kia. I ordered the middle detailing package and had prompt communication for flexible scheduling. He arrived on time with all supplies/power self-contained in his trailer, so I just needed to get out to the way. His diligent work over time frame removed all the interior dog fur (I have two shedders!) and polished the exterior, removing all the scuffs and marks that I have tried to remove over the past three years. I will now be scheduling the "routine" recommended cleaning, which is reasonably priced. This is a great gift service for family, friends and co-workers! read more

I had my car detailed by Zander who appeared to be a nice young man with a new white shiny truck. He insisted on cleaning the car in my very small one car garage saying that the wax would streak in the sun. When I went to drive the car, I was shocked by the horrible job he did. The windows were spotted and streaked. They looked as if he used the same rag with wax on it to clean the windows. There were black grease spots on the leather seats. The inside doors and carpets were never shampooed. The dash still had dust on it and the leather on the seats wasn't polished. He didn't clean under the seats. The outside didn't look much better. I can't understand what he did all that time. He did an awful disappointing job. I can't find the right words to let you know how terrible it was. I called and spoke to his mother, Loralee. She was kind enough to refund my money less $10 for his gas. Now I have to find a place that will do a professional job. Do not let him do your car. Such a waste of time and energy. I hate posting such a negative review, but this was very disappointing. read more
