He's an older gentleman, a little hunched over like he's been working on tiny things all his life which is probably true. He has a heavy Asian accent but gets the job done. Everyone needs a place like this! When you can't get that God damned back off your watch to replace a battery. When that stupid little clip on your favorite necklace gets bent. When a stone falls out that you amazing found needs to be reset. This is your guy! He resized my watch in five minutes and charged me a whopping $6.45! This had been overhauled by Rolex (supposedly) only a year ago and they took months and cost over $1,600. Robert did the job in 1 week and cost about half the "official" people ... and in my humble opinion he did a far superior job.
