Do not come and shop here if your money is worth something to you. I purchased a watch before New Year's has a present to myself. I was reassured by more than one employee that the watch I purchased was 10 karat gold. I went to multiple pawnshops, looking for other watches. I kept coming back to this one and I asked the employee if he can guarantee me it is 10 karat gold. He did. He also let me know that if I had any issues to bring the watch back. I took the wash to watchmaker and he reassured me that it was not a 10 karat gold watch. Aside from that the dial was broken. I brought the watch back and he told me that I was changing my story to fix my narrative. I let him know that more than one employee told me this was a 10 karat gold watch and it didn't matter. Do not shop here. There are a bunch of liars I will say anything for you to make the purchase and when you come back with issues, they will not help you. Now I'm out over $700 with a broken wash that isn't worth 200. read more

Customer Service is the worst I never felt so insulted in my life. I'm not sure if his name the short younger looking guy but he is very dismissive and speaks to you in a condescending tone . As a man you should be ashamed of yourself , unless you're not? All I wanted was your opinion I just got the rings and I wanted to make sure they were real that's all. So my over all visit was horrible at this type of establishment customer service is everything. The envy is real. Now this being my first time ever leaving a review online. read more

I like the "Convenient Hours", the selection of products and prices are subjective and still up in the air for me.

I just left this pawn shop and the guy I'm the front was a complete ass hole I walk in and hear him talking crap about customers. His vive his ora was just so negative and over all his customer service sucked his work ethic s I'm not taking about the blond gentleman that was there but the brown hair dark facial hair on his face that's the asshole read more

This place is by far the worst pawn shop it San Bernardino. By far, I took in a diamond ring and he took it back and offered me $180 electro second came back and said that he tested the diamond it was fake and he can only give me 60 after just telling me his boss wasn't there so he wasn't even going to pay me for the diamond they're straight we're going to rip me off I went home and tested the diamond and it was absolutely real these people are a complete rip off I've never gotten done right by then do not waste your time going to this place you will just get done wrong completely I've lived in highland my hole life an done business with them a lot it's always bad. I feel as dumb as going there every time I do I'm telling you people find another place this place is trash and not just because of one time read more

Best pawn shop around!! Hands down. Great prices and selection on the stuff they sell. I've even sold some old Jewelry and the staff is knowledgeable and honest, they gave me more then I assumed it was worth. They could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge as to what I had and didn't. Won't do business with any other pawn shop. read more

Do not come here this people are evil, racist and will trick you out of your item, property. I got a loan from there and they charged a one time fee that I didn't know about apart from the interest, like how you charge a one time fee on a loan this guys are nothing but scams and will finesse you, watch out !! I just got my Rolex out of here. It looks like they opened the back because there are marks on the inside of the band and they twisted the jubilee bracelet just a little bit. The big clue that I knew that they opened it was a speck of dust on the clock face that is on the inside. I went inside to talk to the clerk and he had no interest in what I had to say. All he could say is "How do I know that it wasn't like that when you brought it in?" These people will act fairly nice if there are no problems but they will take no responsibility for anything if you bring up an issue. In short these people are slime balls and I regret using them for a short term loan. I told them I was going to leave a bad review and his come back was "Don't spread lies". In short if you leave fine jewelry here, expect it to be taken apart and it may or may not be in the same condition that you dropped it off. read more

Employees are very rude and sarcastic when asking them a question very unprofessional and they think they're tough cuz they're carrying guns on their waist don't waste your time if you want smartass replies from the employees here. Place is very unwelcoming, also the employee with an attitude was very lazy didn't want to get off his seat to show me a price tag and was whining as he was forced to show price tag, hope these rude individuals get fired soon. read more

The woman who runs this store is a saint. She has helped me time and again with my watch issues and does it at such a low rate. I'm really glad to have this store be a part of our community read more

Nice place as FFL before they raised the price. Check before you go to there. I remember it's $50 + DROS now.

Cheapest firearm transfers in town - they known it and pride themselves on it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've done two purchases through them and they processed all of the paperwork quickly and without any issues. Great bunch of guys. Only downside is it's cash only, but you can understand that with the fees being the lowest. Credit card processing isn't free I guess. read more

Just bought a guitar from these guys and they were great! They have a great selection of guitars, and they have an even better attitude! Pleasant and helpful! I'm in ventura and they were worth the drive... ;-) read more

Guys are way cool, and always give the best deals . they got some awsome antique fire arms and new firearms , at way better prices then tunners or the other 20 pawns ive been too. read more

Excellent FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer) , with very knowledgeable people working there. had a bad experience with an out of state firearm dealer, but the guys working behind the counter, Nathan, and Cameron really helped me through the process. we had to go through so much, so that i was able to take my rifle home, which ended up taking three months total with the issues of the out of state dealer and their mixup on the paperwork, but Nathan and Cameron were patient, and very willing to help during the whole ordeal, when they could have easily said this is too much for us, but they stuck by me during the ordeal, making sure that i could take my rifle home, and that all the paperwork was done exactly how it was needed to be done. Highly recommend them as a firearm dealer! (they have the best rates for transfers! $25 for the DROS paperwork, and $15 for the transfer for a grand total of $40 out the door for a transfer.) They have a decent selection of firearms, both old and new, as well as ammunition, electronics, jewelry, and tools and lots more! Thanks guys for being so helpful throughout everything! read more

Over Priced USED and NEW guns. Everything's dirty. People wont help you unless you bug them to help you. Id rather go to tuner's and that hurts me to say. lol read more

they seemed nice and honest....however i suggest you don t ever pawn your valuable gold here. They messed up my receipt date or shall I say tried to fraudulently change the receipt number and date to a month earlier then the actual copy they gave me. Luckily I kept my original receipt. They sent out a letter a month earlier then my payment due date and tried to say I had forfeited my property due to lack of payment. All which is bullshit. Took weeks after a filed lawsuit to return my property. Will never do business with them ever again. When your in a rut and need money, think twice before you look into this place. Lesson learned! read more

This ffl dealer is what im using for my gun bought online since 2012.. Staff are so nice, know what they are doing and very professional. I recommend them to my friend and in fact 2 of my friend already did transaction with them. Keep it up guy's!!! read more

Got big time run around on FFL transaction. Told the day I did the DROS to come back in 10 days after 4:30 pm. 10 days later told they don't do firearms transactions after 4:30 pm by a different person. What? This is a serious issue with customer service. I'll never do business with them ever again! read more
