There are several midcentury modern furniture booths, as well as others selling all manner of art, jewelry, books, clothes, records, plants and more. On my most recent visit, I came away with a book of the script of a show I really love and a fun T-shirt. Fleur de Flea also sells cocktails and other drinks if you'd like to sip while you shop, and it's very pet friendly. Lots of things appear to be used or cheap, Temu level. We asked for antique posters, we got a print that we found online for 1/10 of the price. He also dumped the boxes in our basement, and we never heard back from him. If we are paying for his hours, I would expect service, including someone coming and unpacking and he doing the adjustments, etc. After a few months, I decided to unpack, that's when we found out about the poster and also that some items were missing. We then emailed him, and he looked very responsive saying he would do the adjustments but never did. Months and months just pretending. Enormous emails basically saying he was feeding poor children and awkward unrelated comments. He even insinuated we were having money problems since we wanted our money back. I order things from people I don't know all the time and when there is a problem, those people are usually helpful. I was not expecting this from a person that I have known for over 10 years. Now, I believe his friendship is only for his benefit and it is not real. Be aware of all the fairy tales of how he says he is, of how he has good heart, how he treats his clients and how they treat him. For me it was not only a money pit but also a personal disappointment. It sucks but that is how life is. btw, I still don't have my money back after 7 months of emails.
