And I had found that it once again expanded even more within the giant warehouse it occupies. It is quite easy to get lost in the maze of booths, but you're guaranteed a lot to look at along the way. Fleur de Flea is as much of an experience as it is a shopping spot. There are several midcentury modern furniture booths, as well as others selling all manner of art, jewelry, books, clothes, records, plants and more. On my most recent visit, I came away with a book of the script of a show I really love and a fun T-shirt. Fleur de Flea also sells cocktails and other drinks if you'd like to sip while you shop, and it's very pet friendly. You're likely to see a pup shopping alongside its owner, and Fleur de Flea's resident doggo can be found sitting on the counter by the cash registers. This is a spot that is becoming uniquely Louisville for me. I love it so!

The store is quite large and its register is in the back of the store. The clerk was helpful to answer our questions about painting. The plate was $30 and door hanger $35. We were impressed by the selection of stamps and stencils. Everything we needed was avaliable to us. They had plenty of colors and paintbrushes. It's still great to look around, there may be items that are a bargain, I just didn't see anything that would be "flea market" prices for me. All in all, the selection is great and fun to look at.
