I refinanced my car three years ago, I was insured with farmers prior to this. While on the phone with them I was advising of my lien holder change. They told me there was a $5/month fee for having a lien on my car. I just paid off my car and called to get that $5 fee removed. The agent gave me a new rate, $30/ year less. I asked about the fee. She insisted there was no fee for this. Well, they charged me for the last three years with this fee!! 30 minutes later I called back and dropped them for auto. All this after they jacked my homeowners by nearly $400!! I can't wait to drop my homeowners with them.

She is very responsive via text, email, and phone, and will be sure to get you what you need. I truly feel the company is on our team and ready to advocate for us in any capacity at any time. I worked most closely with Tami but I know any of the staff would be just as attentive and knowledgeable if she were not available. I really love the small family business feel of Rosenwinkel Insurance, it echoes the feel we are trying to create in our own small business. Do yourself a favor and give them a call- I guarantee they will exceed your expectations!

Whether getting quotes or calling with policy questions I always have someone available anytime I have called and they are always personable and professional. At one point I had a major business claim and contacted Mark personally, even though it was handed off to corporate State Farm he stayed in contact with me (off normal hours) to make sure we were ok and getting the support we needed at that stressful time. In July 2022 we had tornado and bad wind and my roof start to leak. I made claim and first inspector was here in August 2022 ( he said that was old roof and wether had nothing to do with it) and I request another inspector who said the same thing ( he came end of September 2022 and I received report on October 15th) They send me a letter right after 1st inspection that they will kick me out on February 24th 2023 if I won't repair my roof even my policy was still valid for another 6 months. So literally they give me 4 months in winter to actualy fix it. After he spoke to me, he said that I should fix my roof right away, when I told him that I couldn't do it because I was scheduled for another inspection he told me that was my problem ( so how would 2 nd inspector even see the damages). This conversation was on 1-2 week of February and he told me he can not help me with anything and I was on my own and didn't even wanna move the date for few weeks until wether will allow me to fix the roof ( which I did on March 15th- brand new roof which I paid in full) Never again pick up his phone ( only secretary) or call me back after my masseges. Terrible agent and nobody should go with that coward.

The estate I now oversee had a State Farm policy, but with another agency. For ease, I kept the policy with them until: 1. The request for the policy I was paying for was never received 2. A cancellation that I was not aware of occurred because a photo request of the roof was never passed on to me 3. A reinstatement of the policy under the wrong name 4. A refund check for the cancellation was never received 5. The refund check finally arrived, but for the incorrect amount and in the wrong name (I still don't have this refund check 4 months later) 6. Countless emails, texts back and forth to address the aforementioned, but often unanswered, and NOTHING fixed. Then I remembered, I have an agent that I have never had an issue with. I'm switching. In less than a week's time, the problems I have been having have all been addressed, whereas in 12 months, Jan Kruel's agency failed to address them. What that agency lacks, care and professionalism, can be easily found here. Lizbet Martinez is easy to work with, extremely professional, and her response time is unmatched.
