He did a very thorough inspection and explained everything including that the ventilation had some issues too . He tarped it and sent over estimates the same day . We went with the full replacement and they also fix our ventilation problems . The quote seemed more than fair for the work and products . Yesterday then came on time as promised and ripped out, fixed and installed our new roof. The quality and craftsmanship was top notch! Don't hesitate, just call . After poor craftsmanship and errors were brought to their attention- Terri demonstrated text messages and behaviors that were unprofessional- he even stated he was in it to make money. Thank goodness, Micky the salesman saw to it that the work was corrected and completed as it should be. I feel the price of my windows and installation was a 5 star experience. Jimmy even repaired the fascia and soffits. Now it looks exceptional. Just so disappointed to have to drag in others to assist me and to have had to have sought a lawyer. My advice is to deal with Mickey only. Dot your I's and cross your T's. Know who is doing the work. Before and after photos available as well as copy of text messsage correspondence.

At least one elevator doesn't work per week. (They made this place out of popsicle sticks) 3. Thinnest walls in America. Can hear everything above below and to the sides of you. Almost got evicted for footsteps in my 2 man apt. 3. Just a crazy story I gotta get off my chest. These people put up a fence in the back entrance without sending out an email. So none of our cars could get through anymore. One night I called an uber and he waited outside of said fence. The next week I see a 100 dollar charge in my account for parking my car there (not my car). 4. Next story. So the toilet bowls automatically get mold on them after a week if you don't clean them. So these crooks went into every apartment on spring break (where we're gone for at least a week) and threw us a $50 charge for it. DO NOT LIVE HERE I CANT EMPHASIZE IT ENOUGH. I've never felt unsafe in any way. Lisa has been amazing and is always one phone away to help with anything I've needed. I see alot of untruths in those other reviews and it makes me sad to know that people are willing to hurt a persons business by being needlessly vindictive. If you are looking for a one bedroom apartment, these are great.
