The prices increased when the new owners took over, and the drying time was cut in half. The dryers are set low, hence you spend more money to have a properly dried item. That is sneaky. What was once the busiest, cleanest, and most attended laundromat in the city now looks deserted. More often than not, you couldn't get a parking space. In the past, some days you'd have to wait for your turn to do your laundry because the place was always packed. ..now, most machines are available any day, any time. It was convenient for me, however, I made the decision to drive a bit further to another laundromat. Too bad those people are pinching pennies and losing business. It is a potential goldmine...I believe they know very little about customer satisfaction or how to run a business.

The cost for the 2 washers was $11 each. The machines worked well and the items came out clean. I took them home to dry. The reason for the low rating is the lack of care to the premises. When I have visited in the past, the attendant on duty has been a female who was always busy wiping, cleaning and tidying. On this occasion, there was a young man behind the desk. He spent the entire time that I was there checking messages and texting. He made no effort to care for customers or the property. The floors were filthy, folding tables needed to be wiped down and the tops of the appliances were so dusty that you could wipe your finger and leave a visible streak. Another customer told me that she had suggested that the inside of the windows and window ledges needed to be cleaned but he just gave her a shrug and walked away. This young male employee is a dis-service to the business and the customers.

Their cleaning bill was and the owner left with the items. Since then, they did not showed up on the return date to return the clothing, they have not answered or returned any of my calls, e-mails, or text messages. The have accepted the money, and at this point 3 weeks later I consider the clothing stolen. I would never recommend this company and think they should be reported for the theft of the clothes and money they took for the cleaning.
