This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. The cost for the 2 washers was $11 each. The machines worked well and the items came out clean. I took them home to dry. The reason for the low rating is the lack of care to the premises. When I have visited in the past, the attendant on duty has been a female who was always busy wiping, cleaning and tidying. On this occasion, there was a young man behind the desk. He spent the entire time that I was there checking messages and texting. He made no effort to care for customers or the property. The floors were filthy, folding tables needed to be wiped down and the tops of the appliances were so dusty that you could wipe your finger and leave a visible streak. Another customer told me that she had suggested that the inside of the windows and window ledges needed to be cleaned but he just gave her a shrug and walked away. This young male employee is a dis-service to the business and the customers.
