Priceline Myer Centre.... Literally the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. I…read morecan't believe the level of rudeness I experienced tonight. I am not great with technology however I literally stood there while a staff member abused me and the manager said nothing. Honestly I should have walked out of the store without making a purchase. No wonder this store is going out of business. These people should not be working in customer service. I would give zero star rating if I could.

First thing's first. I'm a bit of a makeup addict. However, as I am currently a student, my budget…read moreis limited, and so I find myself leaning towards 'drugstore' makeup brands over your mid or higher end ones. And... for the Aussie drugstore makeup lover, our 'Mecca' is surprisingly not Mecca at all... it's Priceline, baby! Stocking some of my faves such as Australis, Maybelline, Real Techniques, Bourjois & Rimmel, Priceline is a one-stop beauty blogger paradise. For a number of reasons the Myer Centre location tends to be my fave Priceline store in the city. First of all, I feel like it has the largest range of makeup brands of the three CBD stores (Gawler Place, Hindley Street & Myer Centre) **I will note that I feel the skincare range is larger at Gawler Place**. I also find that, as this store is near one of my other makeup havens (MYER), it's just a handy locale. Additionally, being open both Saturday & Sunday and until 7 during the week makes it a little more convenient. Finally, the staff are super friendly and willing to help. Always a massive winner in my books! So go get your affordable glam on folks!

It's…read moreEaster Monday 2023, and most stores are closed, so I went in to the pharmacy to buy lipstick. I was soon being watched. The female worker watching me made it clear she was afraid I would apply the lipstick directly to my own lips and she gave me given a small lipstick brush. I accepted it and assured her I wouldn't do such a thing, but she kept following me. I'm no shrinking violet so I asked her politely to stop. Her response was, it's my shop, I can walk around it if I want to. I tried to ignore her, but she kept appearing before me and then next she reminded me to wrap the lipstick brush in the tissue she had given me and to put it in the bin she pointed to. Her attitude was harassing and rude. I felt like a criminal and so I left without buying anything.

My most recent eye test was very extensive and I feel like my eyes have been thoroughly checked. I know it's a cliché but you only get one set of eyes so you had better take care of them. National Pharmacies Optical is not as cheap as say your Big W Optical stores. There is a gap to pay and medicare doesn't cover the cost of a visit entirely but having just said your eyes are worth taking care of, I think its worth spending those few extra dollars to get things checked out properly. National Pharmacies Optical at Glenunga also stock a wide range of fashionable frames and sunglasses and because I'm a member of National Pharmacies, I take advantage of the extra 20% discount. Let's face it, buying glasses is an expensive purchase these days so I say take advantage of discounts when you can.
