My 2 year old son was prescribed a 10 day course of antibiotics (after he had been taken to hospital in an ambulance struggling to breath). This pharmacy mistakenly gave him enough liquid antibiotics to last 6.5 days. Upon realising their error the next day, I rang the so called pharmacy to explain. They refused to accept their mistake and told me to go back to the doctor and get another script (like I have nothing better to do). Well Dulwich Pharmacy, I'd like to say see you next Tuesday, but I won't be doing that because I will never be seeing you again. Never would I return to a glorified shopkeeper who can't follow the simple instructions of a doctor. Never would I return to someone who is supposedly in health care, but yet refused to A) admit an error and B) give a sick boy the medication prescribed to him by a doctor. read more
