While I consider this my local pharmacy I hadn't been in a while, today's experience encouraged me to share here.
Today as usual Taz (I think that's his name) was clear, friendly and efficient. When I walked in he was helping a young mother with children in tow & they appeared grateful to receive his help. My script was filled & he made time to check which script was mine & chat as he worked. This reminded me of the first time I met him, my medication was not in stock but available at another site. He very kindly offered to collect it "on his way home" (it wasn't) and have it for me the next day as I was leaving for overseas at the end of the week.
I've always received excellent service from the head pharmacist or the pharmacist on duty.
Unfortunately I must add the "not so good" to my review to paint a complete picture. Over the years I've received a range of service from staff at the counter ranging from awesome to terrible. Please don't be put off if you are there for a script though, one time the girl at the front was telling me what I wanted was not possible but the pharmacist got involved and was very happy to organise it for me. A couple of the older ladies mostly seem to look grumpy and have trouble hearing. I'm sure they don't mean to look grumpy, as for the hearing I used to think it was just me who had to repeat myself until I saw others dance the same dance.
Awesome Pharmacist, drop you script in & collect later. Just remember to speak slowly & clearly! read more
