This place receives 4 stars just for being open until midnight every day. Service is a little slow as the counter for processing scripts is the same counter for buying shampoo or nail polish but it's 10pm at night, this place is still open and who cares? Besides there is a plethora of amazing things in this store to peruse while you wait for your script to be filled. Golden jiffies anyone? Or perhaps some $10 car speakers were just what you were looking for? Even if not, no one can go past making a spontaneous purchase of a Paris Hilton themed diary. NO ONE. Nothing is on sale or cheap, but again who cares, this place is serving you past the standard opening hours of every other pharmacist in Adelaide. Filling scripts, selling you medication, make up and even party decorations and kids toys this place really is for any kind of last minute need on a Sunday at 10pm. read more

WTF happened to this place! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Would give these guys negative stars if I could! Looks like a junkyard inside selling weird second hand furniture at the front, naked mannequins, wasn't even sure if had closed down with the way it looks from the front. Very messy and disorganised inside. Not even sure if the guy issuing the drugs is an actual pharmacist, not even wearing a uniform. Just a rude old man. He was the only guy in the whole premises. There is a cafe inside (cafe in a pharmacy??)... The old guy probably makes the coffee also. Pricing is ABHORRENT! Just looked up pricing at Chemist Warehouse for the same items.. Endone 5mg 20 pack $22.40 (CW $7.39); Ibuprofen 200mg / Paracetamol 500mg 24 pack $22.25 (CW $4.99); Amoxycillin 500mg 20 pack $21.50 (CW $5.40). Yes you're reading correctly... About FOUR TIMES more expensive. Not sure how they get away with this. I guess you pay for convenience... but really? Totally SH***Y customer experience. Don't buy from this shop unless you need anything urgently !!! They cheated me to buy a contactless forehead thermometer which is not contactless and they don't accept return the next day even I not even use it !! The lady pointed the No Refund sign on the wall and say no refund !! After I begging her for long time she said I can exchange other items. I have no choice but to exchange for those extremely overpriced items! Then they said need my credit card to do a refund and charge a new payment which caused more problem because they don't know how to do it! At the end I need to pay extra for those exchange items and I still not received refund!! read more

Very rude customer service on the phone. Asked about a product they sell and been told to come check it out myself. Isn't this the point of enquiring about a product?? WARNING!!!!!! Staff are very rude, condescending and not helpful. They charge quite a lot for the same medicines at other pharmacies. I have unfortunately had to resort to this pharmacy a couple of times late at night due to running out and having no other option. It is a terrible customer experience. They have a no returns policy too. If you buy extra items or the wrong items they won't return it even if you are still in store. they will not verbally advise you of the no refund policy either. Be warned and choose carefully! Better yet, save your money and dignity and go elsewhere. read more

Don't shop here unless you need urgent medication. Wish I'd read reviews on other sites first. Prices are exorbitant. I'm all in favour of supporting small businesses rather than chains, and expect to pay a bit more for the convenience, but not when I have to pay almost double. read more
