Shopping around for a new garage door opener can be a nightmare. I called dozens of companies to…read moreget quotes and it seemed that most of them wanted to push an expensive unit that was more than I needed. Oklahoma City Garage Door Pros took the time to actually listen to what I needed and came up with very reasonably priced solution. They were able to work me in same day which was fantastic. The texts that tell you when a tech is on the way is a great touch too, especially if you are working. They were exactly on time which is rare for any home service provider. My tech Chad was knowledgeable and explained how all of it worked and pointed out a few maintenance items, but he didn't come across like he was just trying to make a sale. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the range on my remotes. They went as far as upgrading the board on the opener and the garage door remotes free of charge so they worked at a longer range due to interference issues I was having. I will defiantly call them when I need future work done on my garage door.

I had this service company come fix my garage door. They did a good job with that so I purchased a…read moresecond opener from them. The technician had problems installing it and it has always made a scary POP when I use the door. Being a busy single mom, I just didn't open that door and moved into winter. I opened it this spring and the opener broke my garage door. I should have called sooner but I thought there was a warranty on the work and that the company would stand behind it. Several hundred dollars down the drain, I wanted them just to take the opener with them. Frustrated.

Our garage door did a swan dive last Thursday night and we called Ace the next morning. They came…read moreout that day, diagnosed the problem and had their expert out on Monday. With the rollers and spring replaced, we had a new garage door opener system installed four days later and we were set. They are really good about keeping in touch with what is going on and called before two of the appointments to see if we were home as they were running AHEAD of schedule. Great service! Hoping we won't need to call them any time soon, but when we next need garage door service, we'll be calling Ace!

I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere…read more I've been a repeat customer for years and was seriously considering spending $4,000 on a new garage door with this company. Thankfully, I saw how they operate before moving forward. I asked for pricing upfront before scheduling help to connect my WiFi. They did not disclose the cost. After the visit, I was charged $99 for what amounted to pressing a button--something that took seconds and required no real service. Charging customers without clearly disclosing pricing beforehand is unacceptable. It feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency. This experience completely broke my trust. If this is how they handle a simple service call, I have no confidence in how they would handle larger, more expensive work. I will not be using them again, and I would caution others to get clear, written pricing before agreeing to any service.
