Instead, he got off into the extreme abuse, trauma, and grief I experienced as a result of Domestic Violence that put me in the hospital, followed by my wife's paranoid schizophrenia and ghastly suicide. Personally, I wouldn't believe any of those five star reviews that say Joe magically healed them in one session. Too neat. In my case, he charged me $600 and never did any hypnosis at all! How am I supposed to judge whether or not we are a good match in such an intimate undertaking? After he spent the whole time yelling at me, he wanted me to pay another $300 to see whether the hypnosis would work or not! I wrote to him and accepted my share of the responsibility and requested that he refund half, $300, as a gesture of mutual respect and goodwill. I'm still waiting. Proceed with caution.

Rest assured, that is NOT what hypnotherapy is like AT ALL! LOL! Sandra is truly one of the most beautiful, caring people I have ever met! From our first email, text and even first session, I felt like I was talking to a long time friend, where you can be candid, laugh, cry and just be yourself which allows you (and Sandra) to hone in on what you'd like out of your session. My first and second sessions were AMAZING! :) I felt calm, safe and optimistic that with Sandras guidance and wisdom I would reach the barriers in my subconscious that were preventing me from being my best self and Sandra did not disappoint!! I was guided to not only the barriers, but Sandra gave me the confidence to remove them and create a clear path to my best self! I left both sessions feeling light, happy and confident. It's a feeling that is so deeply embedded in me that I feel like I'm walking on air! Sandra couldn't have chosen a better name for her practice because my sessions were truly Transformational!

Then when she starts, I gradually fall into a deep hypnogogic state. Her voice gets further away and it's as if my body/subconscious takes over and responds to her suggestions. After our sessions, I noticed that I was starting to process trauma that had been too painful/buried to do so consciously through other therapy methods. I'm starting to adopt healthier behavioral patterns, moving with more fluidity, and am slowly regaining my agency and my voice.I highly recommend Sandra, especially if you're dealing with trauma that feels too deep to reach with regular talk therapy. - Sophi D

Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

As a startup founder juggling intense responsibilities while also caring for aging parents, I found my conversations with Trina to be incredibly grounding. She shared valuable and practical insights that I could apply not just to my own life, but to support those around me as well. For example, when I mentioned my father was showing signs of dementia, she gently suggested I explore whether sleep apnea or low energy might be playing a role. That kind of holistic, thoughtful approach is rare and truly appreciated. We also spoke about several family members who struggle with phobias or anxieties that can seem small to others but are deeply impactful for them. When I shared those stories, I knew right away that I wanted to refer them to Trina. She has the kind of expertise and heart that can help people through even the most persistent fears and patterns. If you or someone you know is dealing with anxiety, insomnia, panic attacks, or simply feeling overwhelmed by stress, I can't recommend Trina highly enough. She's someone you want in your corner.
