Knowing the ac was not working, I sent my 21 year old daughter down to meet the repairman. They out to my house two times, I was charged almost two hundred dollars each time and was told to leave the fan on to keep it decent until they replaced a computer board to the tune of over $500. We hadn't gone back down after that so I didn't have the board put in. I wanted to get a second opinion, so this season I called Clerico Heating and Air Conditioning. The guy was there less than an hour. Had to rewire what Elliott McElwee did last year. Clerico charged me $111 and I have AC! So apparently I didn't need that computer board after all!!!!! You are better off going someplace else!

At 7:45 am Monday morning, as promised the owner again called and said they would be arriving shortly to remove the old unit and he would be bringing the replacement. The team he sent was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The installation went perfectly. They cleaned up the work area better than they found it. One of the technicians even made a custom door dor the filter housing and labeled it with the dimensions. Who does that? Clerico Heating and Cooling that's who! I can't sing their praises high enough. I don't know any service organization this professional. Their customer service and skill is outstanding. Only a small business with local ties can provide this level of service. I highly recommend this compay.

I noticed from the website that this company would be able to help with more than just plumbing and that is very helpful for us because it is convenient having a contractor who can help with multiple issues that come up in owning a house. I called to see if anyone could come out to check out our concerns and from the very first conversation Mike was extremely knowledgeable and willing to come out at his earliest convenience. He fixed our plumbing concern promptly. What I like best about this company though was how personable Mike was. As a new mom it's uncomfortable having a stranger come into my house but Mike made us instantly feel comfortable. 10/10 will be using this company for anything that needs to be fixed in our house.
