There are nice bathrooms, showers, and changing areas if you are going right before or after work. One of the nicest things they offer is childcare with certain classes (and I don't even have kids)! Two of our girls had never had a massage before and were told she "just popped their massage cherry". We were given Sports style massages for a relaxing bachelorette trip. We are all sore, in pain, and dissatisfied. We called and informed the owner (Laurén) about what had happened and were given only a $150 refund (which is $30 each when we paid $120 each) The owner was very nice but Marie (the booking manager) made us feel like it was our fault we didn't speak up and said that those styles and techniques are normal and to be expected for a relaxing massage. We honestly thought we got pranked until reality set in. We are not the type to normally complain but I booked this as a relaxing weekend for my bridal party and we are leaving worse off than when we came, most of us are going to get real massages back home because we are so sore and have cricks in our necks. I'm sure there are better therapist employed here but Brandy did not meet our expectations.

As a recently retired RN, I decided it was time to invest in taking better care of myself and the payoff has been extraordinary. Cat set me up w/ a wellness tracking log that included step counts, journaling/mediation, 30 min cardio, sleep quality, fiber/protein etc. Since I live in California, we met regularly via Zoom for check in sessions, assistance w/ strength training, and motivational counseling.
