Well .... Sadhguru was sitting behind the scenes and HATED IT ! They all went NUTS! No emotion , no individual ability to comprehend... just acting as I'd mind controlling had them . Then they tried DAMAGE CONTROL and Invited me back only to STEAL MY BIKE I RODE 38 miles to get there! Then claimed I was trespassing! Then hunted me after stranding me up there in a cold night. There IDIOT VOLUNTEERS ended up CAUSING 3 fires ! I had one too , but mine WAS DUTIFULLY PUT OUT ! Then they REFUSED TO LET THE PROFESSIONAL FIRE FIGHTERS ( McMinnville Tennessee) IN TO FIGHT THE FIRES THEY CAUSED! What ??? Ya, this is TRUE ! And it gets worse ! They covered up the 6 who first came to help me put out there fire !! And BLAMED IT ALL ON ME! 21 months in Jail without TRIAL , though I asked a SPEEDY TRIAL!!! Trial DELAYED UNTIL November 2025 as all false witnesses FLED THE STATE !IF YOU VISIT THERE .... RECORD EVERYTHING IN SECRET ! It is ADMISSIBLE EVIDENCE aND YOU MIGHT JUST NEED IT!

They do offer other classes besides Power Yoga, but that seems to be their speciality and part of the reason I found them (I was trained in the Baptiste Style). They also have teacher training and workshops opportunities. Price wise it is reasonable; it is most cost effective to buy a package. There are nice bathrooms, showers, and changing areas if you are going right before or after work. One of the nicest things they offer is childcare with certain classes (and I don't even have kids)! If you want sweat and not feel guilty about Sunday brunch with mimosas, be sure to check out the Sunday 9am class with Jennifer! All of the classes and teachers here have really impressed me.
