But, when I walked into this store with my service animal was a greeted and helped my entire time I was there, buy a nice young man named Mack. To any normal salesman I was an easy sell and he could of just thrown devices at me and be done with it. However Mack helped me along the entire process, understanding what I needed, my level of knowledge and type of juice I liked on top of that. I bought a nice vape for nicotine and one for the little capsules for CBD. I walked away from that store with confidence knowing I made a good purchase. These people are wicked. They sold a broken hookah. I called and asked for it to be replaced and they said yes. I drive 45 minutes to get to the shop just for them to tell me no. The lowdown on High Up... The owner is a complete nincompoop. He was rude and unprofessional so decided to take my business down the road to The Joint. I found everything I needed and more including people who speak and understand English. I ended up spending a few hundred but got s0o0o much stuff. I tried my best to be civil but the owner at High Up acted a complete fool. As I stated it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Also while down the road another person came in a little while after me saying the exact same thing that. He also had a negative experience at High Up and was telling the lady at the counter. By far the best experience i have received here to buy a hookah and its flavorsin columbus. Thank you so much "german gal" for being so sweet and patient explaining all our "stupid questions". I saw some pictures of this shop online and went in. And to my surprise they had a very good selection of hookahs in all price ranges(well it could have been more...but its ok). Flavors were cheap too and competitive than other stores nearby. It would be great if they start selling Al Afzal and Al Waha Flavors in the store then it would be awesome. read more

I had purchased over $1100 worth of items from this shop in january (it is now march 5th) and also in that same month brought in 2 customers with me who spent another $400 each. So far $700 worth of items i had purchased have broken. I purchased a $430 medicali water pipe that when i asked them why it costs $430, they said "it is medicali, you can have it for 5+ years and it wont break no matter how much you drop it, you are paying for quality." In a couple months i accidentally knocked over the water piper for the first time and it instantly broke, they say anything glass related they cannot compensate. I purchased an expensive vaporizor as well, after 2 weeks the vaporizer broke, making a non stop beep sound after not even being used, it was just charging, i had to take it apart to get it to stop. The head shop stated that they cannot do anything for that either and to contact the manufacturer. So it is a clear lie that the reason for the water pipe was because it is glass. They told me that my $700 loss in 2 months is worth a 20% discount the next time i come in. Well that wont be happening. Do not use them, if you expect a company to follow satisfaction guaruntee or to at least have the human decency to compensate a paying customer, this is not the place for you. Their customer service was outstanding though, but thats where they get you i guess. read more

Great selection, price range and great service, really helpful when I was picking out a gift.

I purchased an e cigarrette at this store. After 2 weeks of using it, I started having trouble with it holding a charge. After I charge it for 2 hours exactly, use it than shut it off for the night, then turn in on in the morning, it is dead. I tried to take it back and the owner said no, he can't take a loss and I said send it back to manufacturer. He would not do it. So I spent over $50.00 bucks for something that does not do what it is supposed to. So I quess I will have to spend another $50.00 bucks, but I will do it elsewhere. I give this place a one star because I've been here twice now. I came to this place about a year or two ago to buy my g-pen. One of the owners ladies sold it to me fair and square and didn't try to tell me differently. Well I recently went to this place to get a new one to replace the old pen I got and thought hey this is where I got it before and so I might be able to get the same thing no problem. I get there and the owner is the one who confronts me this time instead of one of his lady employees. I start looking at all of the stuff he has to offer for vaping. I see the same g-pen I bought. So I take a look at it and realize it's the same thing except a different logo on the inside where the coil screws into the atomizer. Well while the owner is telling me this and that about other pens, I Brush it off in my mind and act like I don't know any better. He gives me a box that is exactly identical and tells me it's new. When I get home I open up the box to get a China made g-pen knock off. It was two fake g-pen look alike with the old Kyocera phone looking charger. I realized this isn't he original g-pens because you can actually take out the coil and replace them, also you can plug the pen in via micro USB, and lastly there should be only one pen. I return to he shop and confront the owner about this and he acts like he isn't he owner and said it was someone else's fault! Are you kidding me?! I've seen this guy before and one of the employees has told me before that this guy was the owner. So he goes to give me another g-pen and said it was new too, but my response is to open it up in front of me. He opens it up to find another knock off. He opened up another one and said "I don't know what happened, one of the people here might have miss ordered." My response was I don't want a fake but he pen I asked for and I paid for or my money back. Then he answered with there is no refunds. I said what, you falsely sold me a product you don't have. Then that's when he offered his display model. I took that to keep a commotion from starting up. I told him to stay out of trouble by placing one of the knock off g-pens in the display case to keep him self from having false advertisement. This is completely illegal and I don't want anyone else having this same issue. read more

The worst customer service I have ever seen in any business! No loyalty to previous customers and they flat out lie to sell products that the workers have a personal interest in selling (I once went in to buy grunge and the worker told me white rhino glass cleaner was way better, he pressured me to buy it, and it turned out to be a terrible knock off product). The workers are very rude and routinely insult customers. Do not give them your business under any circumstances. These scumbag liars have no idea how to work in the business.
