Melissa works frequently at The Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla, and she knows this beautiful venue inside and out. Her experience there really shows in how smoothly everything comes together. I also have to mention her vendor recommendations. Everyone she brings onto her team is wonderful--professional, talented, and simply the best at what they do. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE FLORIST! BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS, AMAZING QUALITY, AND THE KINDEST SERVICE!…read more I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding flowers were absolutely perfect, she was jsut the freaking best! I knowww that I was VERY particular about my wedding bouquet! I was so anxious, I flipped back and forth a million times in an email thread and she was an absolute ANGEL throughout the entire process. She spent so much time on the phone with me, sent multiple photos, talked through different options, and reassured me over and over again whenever I started second-guessing my decisions. Not once did she make me feel like I was being difficult or asking too much. Instead, she was patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I loved the final result. That level just meant so much to me, during all the stress! Something else I really appreciated was her HONESTY and TRANSPARENCY. She was upfront about which flowers she could realistically source from growers and which ones might not be available. Rather than making promises she couldn't guarantee, she communicated clearly and helped me understand my options. I trusted her completely because of that! And the PRICING!! Before finding her, I had received a quote from another florist that was nearly DOUBLE what she charged for comparable arrangements. Idk it just feels like weddings can sometimes come with inflated prices just because the word "wedding". Finding someone who offered such beautiful work at a genuinely reasonable price who never made me feel pressured or taken advantage of - like these are the kinds of people who deserve thriving businesses! The quality of her work was absolutely outstanding, and she knew SO much about flowers, the shape, the colors, the seasons, which ones would wilt too quickly in the heat etc. Pickup was unbelievably easy, and our flowers were beautifully prepared and ready to go the moment we arrived. My bouquet was everything I had hoped for and MORE! She also created the most beautiful ground floral arrangement for our ceremony. More than anything though, the QUALITY and LONGEVITY of these flowers!! They stayed beautiful for DAYS after our wedding. In fact, FIVE DAYS LATER, they were still in such wonderful condition that I was able to bring some of them to my grandmother's grave, which was incredibly meaningful to me. I also contacted a professional flower preservation company about having my wedding flowers preserved, and after inspection they confirmed that the flowers were still in good enough condition to work with! FIVE DAYS after our wedding!! I mean, c'mon! Melissa was someone who listened, reassured me, respected our budget, and helped us bring magic to life and the floral quality was top tier - it was so special they lasted long enough to honor my grandmother's death anniversary. That means more to me than I can ever put into words. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Thank you SO MUCH for making our wedding day even more beautiful than we imagined!

She was extremely flexible to meet during the short windows of time that we were in San Diego and was always responsive over phone/email/text. The days leading up to the wedding and the day of Sandy was organized and on top of everything. She allowed me to enjoy our day without worrying about what might be going wrong behind the scenes. I literally had people come up to me during the wedding and tell me how amazing they thought Sandy was and how perfectly she was running the event. I would highly recommend Sandy and Timeless Event Planning to anyone that has a special event coming up and wants to be able to trust that their planner will perfectly execute everything.

I have no words to describe how incredible Sandy is!! Our wedding was more than we ever could have…read moredreamed of and my husband and I owe it all to Sandy and Timeless Event Planning. My husband and I live in Seattle, WA and our wedding was in San Diego, CA. Sandy did full coordination for us, which means she did everything. Initially, I never even considered hiring a wedding planner because I thought it would be totally out of our budget. But when we decided to get married out of state, I was so overwhelmed by how much went into planning a wedding. In my search for venues, I came across Timeless Event Planning on Yelp. Every review for Sandy and her team was so amazing, I decided to reach out to her with an anxiety filled email seeking guidance. Immediately upon hearing back from Sandy, I felt at peace and knew that hiring a wedding planner would be worth it. In the end I couldn't be more right. Let me break this review down by all of the positives Sandy provided for us. Budget: Hiring Sandy for full coordination was key to keeping us on track with our budget. She only set up venue viewings at locations she knew wouldn't put us above our budget. There are so many hidden fees that you don't account for when booking a venue. If I didn't have Sandy I know we would have spent thousands more and gone way over our budget. In addition, the amount of money Sandy saved us with her connections, discounts, and insider knowledge was a huge plus! Anxiety: My husband says that he would have happily paid Sandy 4x what she charged because of the amount of anxiety she saved me. I often perseverate on the details and need to do extensive research before I can make a decision. There are so many things that need to be considered when planning a wedding. Having Sandy to just tell me yes let's do this, or no that is not necessary saved me hours of research and unnecessary worry. The people closest to me describe me as Type A and high stress, but Sandy said I was her chillest client. That is because Sandy is such a professional and excels in her field. It was easy for me to let go and to trust her. I knew that she always had our best interest in mind because we had built a relationship with her. She fully understood who we were as a couple and she could see our wedding vision clearly. Leading up to the Wedding: The months leading up to the wedding I was in awe of Sandy's attention to detail and strong communication skills. She was so thorough in coordinating with all 9 vendor teams and finalizing the finishing touches. Two weeks prior to the wedding she led the walk through with all of the vendors so that my husband and I didn't even have to fly down. Sandy even went above and beyond and helped me plan my rehearsal dinner. Wedding Day: Sandy's organizational skills are incredible. She created a detailed timeline so that everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. All calls and questions were directed to Sandy that day so I didn't have to worry about anything! The best part of it all is that Sandy and her team set up all of the decor and details the morning of the wedding so that my family didn't have to do anything. My mom and sister were especially thankful for Sandy because it allowed them to be fully present and to just enjoy the wedding. When I arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding I could have spent hours admiring the perfect details Sandy put together. Everything from our table settings to our 1,001 origami cranes was placed with thoughtfulness and intention. The details of our wedding were perfect. Finally, if anything went wrong during our wedding day Sandy must have handled it because I was completely unaware! Honestly, this review could go on and on because there are countless stories I can share about how amazing Sandy is. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner I highly recommend Sandy and her team at Timeless Event Planning. My husband and I agree that working with Sandy was truly the best decision we've ever made because she took the stress out of the wedding planning process and made our dream wedding come true!

Adam and I met Jaime at a bridal conference and we told him of our vision, and we immediately hit it off with him. Jaime was so accommodating of our schedules, and would often drive to us for meet ups and discussions, and he allowed us to have calls in the evenings after we got off work. He was flexible and very thoughtful of our needs. We purchased the full service planning package, and Jaime was with me through all the challenges of trying to plan a wedding during covid. He would give me vendor recommendations, and when anyone would back out (due to unforeseen issues with covid and family, etc...), he would do everything to get me replacement vendors and get my deposits back. He was ON it and always had my back!!! I certainly felt like Jaime cared about us. He was super responsive to every email/text/question I sent his way, and he would often send us little reminder of things to consider/complete. It was very appreciated. On top of all that.... JAIME SAVED THE WEDDING A BILLION TIMES OVER!!! * The manzanita tree renter we were going to use ended up closing due to covid, so we had to find a new supplier and actually BUY the trees. * We didn't know what to do with the trees after the wedding ended and we had to get them out of the venue by 1am. Jaime asked his florist supplier, and she agreed to take them, and have them out by 1am! He totally saved us from having to figure out what to do with them! * We found a manzanita tree supplier who we purchased 18 - 3 feet trees from, delivered them them day before, but they were the wrong size! They were 1 to 1.5 feet! Which is NOT what we paid extra for! And not the statement centerpieces we expected. I immediately started panicking! My fiance just left because he hates confrontation and didn't know what to do, and I literally just felt trapped, alone, and confused in how to address the situation. Except that I was not alone. Jaime came to my rescue! He totally backed me up and wanted the supplier to provide answers as to why the trees were not what was agreed on in our contract. In the end, she just left saying she could not fix them and we could discuss with her later. But Jaime did not leave me with those small pathetic trees. He instantly jumped on his phone and contacted local suppliers. He then pulled an all-nighter to spray paint new trees he procured, and built them into the center piece boxes. And he did it all at his house! * On top of Jaime working on the trees ALL night, he was calm, cool, and collected the next day and did everything to make our wedding beautiful! He was a calming presence and never seemed to appear stressed or bothered with all the questions thrown at him. He was amazing!! * Jaime is also an interior visionary, and when my grandmother asked for a gift she made us to be presented at the wedding, he did a beautiful job of tying it into our decor! He also had to re-situate the layout to accommodate our photo booth vendor, and he did a fantastic job of the overall setup! Jaime and his team were absolutely brilliant! I am beyond blessed/grateful for all their hard work and love that they gave our event. So many issues came up that were out of our control (and nothing that Jaime or his team did) but his team ALWAYS jumped on getting them resolved/fixed! I had no idea until after the wedding of anything of these issues! That's how amazing they were!! ALSO.... Jaime took pictures of so many parts of the sent up that I did not get to see and sent them to me so I could have them and see everything pristine before the guests arrived. I thought it was a very thoughtful gesture! Jaime... THANK YOU for all you did for us. I know it was an insane day, but you were a HERO and did everything to not make it feel insane! Thanks for doing everything to make it perfect for us!!! xoxoxo ALSO... almost forgot to mention! Jaime helped with ALL the rentals! Linens, dance floor, chairs, and napkins, etc!!! Seriously, made that part so easy!!!
