Due to their mistake, my property suffered water damage that they wanted to ignore and dismiss. Even after giving Neptune Restoration ample opportunity to make the situation right, I had to hire another mitigation company to handle the water damage due to their error. He told my parents the only solution was to shut off the water to the entire house from the outside. He didn't even ask to look at the water heater inside of the house. ​My parents then got incontact with a family friend who is a plumber for his opinion. He knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at a photo. He fixed it in 20 minutes the next morning and pointed out that we didn't even need to shut the water off outside--there was an interior valve by the water heater the first guy completely missed. ​Roto-Rooter wasted our time and left my parents without water unnecessarily. They need to hire more qualified technicians who know what they are doing.
