We were on our first bike ride back in the saddle and happened across the shop owner. He talked to us briefly about our Trek pedal-assist bikes that we bought 3 years ago and hadn't put 10 miles on. He asked if we had updated our firmware, which we knew nothing about. Today, we went in and got the firmware updated so affordabley that I don't think the price was fair to himself. hes just the nicest guy. He loves what he does and being a blessing to others. The setup process was detailed and meticulous, especially since I was keen on utilizing the new Hoyt XTS tuning system right away. It is still cool though. The employees are really nice and the store is clean and always organized looking it seems (again, only been there twice so far). I think maybe the only downfall for me personally is the prices of the clothes, but that's mainly because the brands they carry can be on the expensive side. However, that's not to say I still won't find something cute and "have to have it." Lastly, the store is dog friendly (on leash) which is my second favorite aspect!
