Robert has an incredible ability to get straight to the heart of the matter…read more When we first met, I was facing major challenges and I remember being asked this one (of many) powerful questions: "Does your life work?" My answer was no! With his guidance, I transitioned from a broken business built on sweat equity and no pay to a life and business focused on what truly matters--creating real results, wealth, and success. Attending his group workshops and one-on-one sessions was a game-changer. The workshops provided fresh perspectives and personalized feedback for all participants, while the one-on-one sessions gave me clear, actionable steps. If you're ready to do the work and create a life that works, Robert Chun at RSC Business Group is the coach for you.

From working together, they have 1) given me simple, powerful direction, allowing me to take small steps that would make big changes, 2) saved me time and resources by directing me away from mistakes I might have otherwise made, and 3) motivated me to take necessary steps I had been pushing off. Everything seemed good based on the how the website appeared and looked. I decided to schedule an appointment on a Monday at 3pm my time. When the day came I was on camera ready for a formal meet and well no met and got ghosted. For this to be the first impression from a potential client's perspective this was not professional in any way. No one was on the other end but me and when 3:04 came around I got an email saying "late getting to another call." I did not like the fact that I sat on the other end staring at myself thinking someone would be on and on top of that no advanced warning regarding this situation. I felt like I had to beg to rescheduled just to speak to Syama. A week later I finally got to talk to her and it was by the far the most coldest and inconsiderate phone call that I had. She made me feel like I could not be one of her clients based on her statement saying "yes I work with start up brands that are in your position, but they have more capital than you." This statement made to me was so discriminating since it was all about the "money" and how I answered my questions with her. At this point you cannot assume how much money a person has when you don't hear what you want for an appropriate answer for how you are funding your business. Because to be honest you don't know what the person has until they make that payment to you for your services. So based on how the conversation went I was just pushed aside which was ridiculous when she "assumed" the money/capital wasn't there. I wound not recommend her services and I wasn't given a chance to even purchase her services.

This computer repair shop is located on the second floor of a strip mall. I brought my older Dell laptop because I was having battery issues. Vic took the time to check it out and quickly confirmed that the problem was indeed the battery. Instead of trying to upsell me on a repair, he was completely honest and told me that putting money into an older model might not be the best use of my money. He went above and beyond by suggesting newer laptop options that are comparable and available at better price points. On top of that, he even told me that if I did decide to replace the battery myself, I could email him and he'd let me know exactly what to buy and where to get it. That level of honesty and helpfulness is rare. I left feeling thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and recommendations. We need more small businesses like this that prioritize people over profit. Let's support the local neighborhood shops that do business the right way.
