5 stars for cleaning, 1 star for prices (and the process). After researching dry cleaners on Yelp, none of the ones close to Chalfont were highly rated nor had many details written about them, so I took a chance with this cleaners who are located close to home. I took 5 dresses and a small jacket to get priced, and the lady handed me a paper quote well over $100. I was SHOCKED. I told her there is no way this is feasible, then she told me to hold on and discounted 15% to just under $100. What? When did dry cleaning become a negotiation service? Not professional. Even with the quote, it was way too high. So, I picked out my most expensive items to get cleaned, then the lady asked what I would like to pay for them. I told her there is no way they can match what I'm used to paying, told her my previous experiences, and she asked if $15 a dress was ok. Since they were expensive dresses, I said yes. Both dresses had jewels on them which were considered "special cleaning" so the rate was supposedly a bit higher. However, the other dresses I took home were basic black dresses and not special cleaning, but they still gave me the same rate for ALL dresses on paper, which makes the process even more shady. Here's the thing...I just moved from Dallas (Highland Park area, which is the most expensive zip code in the city, not to brag at all, but read my point), and I never paid such high prices. Most standard dry cleaners offered a flat $2-3 per piece rate. For special cleaning items, I occasionally paid up to $10 for a high-end brand at the most expensive place in Dallas, but usually $5-7 at the normal places, and they always turned out fine. The median income for Dallas/Highland Park is much higher than Chalfont, so it's difficult to believe that everyone around here pays close to $15 per piece of clothing. While the cleaning turned out just fine, I would not go back unless I had an expensive piece of clothing to dry clean, and even then, I'm still not sure if I would go as I felt the back and forth negotiation and haggling of prices was completely absurd. The language barrier was also high throughout this process, so that also did not help. read more

Great job as a cleaner and hemming clothing. All services are done off site so things take longer than usual. Cost is higher than the competitors. I am not happy how they hem jeans though. I continue to go back bc it's right across the street from my house. read more

We have used this service for a year or so now and finally had enough. The staff / owner is downright rude. Bad customer service is horrendous. Average cleaning. Stay away. read more

My husband just picked up a cashmere sweater of mine from the cleaners. When I was putting it on, I discovered that the sweater was damaged at the cleaners. When he took the sweater back to the cleaners and explained what happened, they did not take responsibility for the damage nor did they offer any type of compensation. Very disappointing that they did not appreciate the loyal customers that we have been enough to offer any type of compensation, take responsibility for the damage or even offer an apology. We have been customers for 9 years and now we will be finding a new dry cleaners. read more

The lady who works here is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. It's only a matter of time before I find a new dry cleaners and the change will 100% due to the worst possible service. she's not just rude, she actually seems angry that she has to get up and help a customer. read more

Very unpleasant lady at the front counter. She seems to be the only employee and should not be in a customer facing role. The plant that actually does the work does an excellent job. A friendly welcoming employee at the front counter is a needed change at this business. read more

The staff will never let me show them where stains are on my slacks. As a result, they come back with the stains still present. Tried them twice, same experience both times. Never again read more

This place is very honest. I went to the cleaners and happened to leave a little over 100 bucks and they called me right away to let me know that I left money in my pocket. Price is very reasonable for the area and they always have perfection when it comes to my clothes. I have some expensive clothing and they take special care for them. I never had a problem with them and will continue to drop my clothes off here. The owners and really friendly and kind and always asks if I need anything else. Always goes way beyond my expectations. read more

They are decent dry cleaning crew but don't bring your tailoring to them. They send it off to another location who is not good.

Very good and competent service. Staff very helpful and polite. Go out of their way to provide service. They are also HONEST...returned $500.00 in cash I had inadvertently left on my pants pocket. I highly recommend this business. read more
