Once we found…read morehis business name and got his number looked up, he showed up in about 15 minutes so he wasted no time getting out the door and headed for us; he got the vehicle unlocked in 5 minutes. A little pricey but better than watching $100 worth of your frozen grocery items melt as you sit there locked out of your vehicle like a big dummy. He was friendly, spoke passable but not perfect English, had a businessman's outlook. He offered market rates for new programmed keys & fobs at market rates for a mobole locksmith (in the $100 range). He was willing to dicker price a little. He seemed experienced and ready to deal with whatever he encountered. I had confidence right away that he was prepared to deal with our lockout problem in short order. He drove a small EUro-van with his business name in large letters, easily visible as he drove up to our vehicle. I give him 5 stars because I can't think how he could have arrived any faster or better prepared to deal with our vehicle or gotten that vehicle open any faster.
