Because of their amazing service I was able to get to a really important meeting in West Virginia; I wouldn't have gotten there without them! I was leaving an open intersection as there was traffic on an on-ramp to i-64 and when I began to…read morecross the intersection after space on the other side opened so as not to be in the middle of the intersection impeding traffic, a truck and trailer flew across multiple lanes of traffic in an intersection nearly hitting me instead of doing the responsible thing and taking their exit in the mandatory turn lane then correcting their route accordingly. As I was already crossing the intersection they then were half blocking the intersection and forcing me to also be in the intersection. I wait the hour before calling back where the call was dropped and then put on hold for 10 minutes. I was then told it would be another 20 minutes and low and behold they don't show up. Call again and got ahold of a technician and was told he was near us but forgot his tools so he had to drive across town to get them. He offered to do the service for free but I should of said no. I waited another hour which was more then fair to get across town and back. At this point we were 2.5 hours from the initial call and surprise they didn't show. Called again and was told they just weren't coming anymore due to an emergency. I would of been fine if at the beginning they told me they weren't able to do the job but no they strung me on for almost 3 hours. All my grocery will now have to be thrown away and had my wife who is 8 months pregnant gone into labor we would of had no way to get to the hospital because of this terrible company.
