Sometimes he gave us some excuse, other times he didn't even bother to let us know. He is unreliable at best, and in my opinion dishonest and unprofessional.A job that he said would take "2-3 weeks" was about halfway completed after 3 months!We told him to not come back and to refund money due to us based on his line item charges in the contract. We felt obligated to pay him for any work he had completed. He changed charges from the line items in the contract, we disagreed on the numbers (because he tried to increase than and make up other charges not in the contract). We offered several times to sit down and go thru numbers to resolve this and he willfully refused to do so. Not a good way to run a business. We have about 70 pages of text communications to back everything up here and we'll be filing a complaint and pursuing legal remedies.
