We took delivery of the washer and dryer and had a scheduled delivery date for the remaining appliances in December 2025. Ryan asked to reschedule until the new year as he had a cold. We are now in 2026 and despite several follow ups, the management has failed to make an arrangement to deliver the fully paid for appliances or arrange a refund. I can no longer recommend this store.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

What a nightmare. Luckily I was able to stem the tide, turn off the cycle, and mopped up the floor with every item of cloth in my linen closet. The service man arrived promptly at the time I was told he would arrive After checking everything, he was confident a good cleaning inside would solve the problem. While he had the dryer apart, he noticed the belt was cracked and had stretched over time. It was replaced. A thorough cleaning was done including sensors. The dryer is operating like new.

Also prices are arbitrary - came in two times to look at a sale item and was given two different prices for it by different staff. And when the item was picked up, it required that doors be held open to take it out - other customers had to assist while the staff just stood around not helping. Very disappointed in my experience here - I was told the two ladies were long-time staff which is even more disheartening.
