I searched for years to find a good tattoo artist. Most of what I ran into were flakes or scratchers. These guys are pro. They are also funny to listen to while getting your work done. I am wrapping up a full sleeve, so I have been there about 8 times now. I had a good laugh every visit. I am often stopped and asked to show my tattoo and people keep asking where I got it done, so I carry Jonny Wogan's High Noon biz cards with me. He is a great tattoo artist. The only down side is that he is usually booked out a month or two because he is in high demand, but he is always willing to work out scheduling conflicts. I would avoid this place at all costs. went in to get a very simple tattoo. before I left the person tht did the tattoo said if you need a touch up just give us a call and we'll take care of it. a week later I called 5 times in a 3 day period and not once did I hear from them. everytime I called I was told te person I needed to talk to was busy. I finally went to the place. talk about rude people. the person I needed to talk to had "ran over to the gas station" so some dude says I'll have her call you. never asked for my name or number, had no idea who I was, he simply could not wqait to get me out of the place. shoddy work, horrible customer service and absolutely no desire to stand behind your work. if you get inked here and youre unhappy you are on your own. go to any other establishment but not here read more

I am delighted to say that I have many great things to say about this place!! I emailed in on Friday last minute requesting a Saturday appointment, and to my surprise Mikey emailed me back within minutes that an artist would contact me. Literally as I was reading the email Andy was calling me, super quick response. They were able to fit me in the next day, as I wanted, since it was my birthday, and a gift to myself. I have an entire sleeve done by one of the owners, Mikey Sarratt. He's also done a large calf piece and decent sized back piece on me as well. I get compliments on the work all the time. Seriously, its annoying. I've done everything from bring in my own artwork, to giving him an idea and letting him come up with something, and straight up letting him just go for it and do whatever he wants, and he's never let me down. I have a fair amount of tattoos from various shops, and I would highly recommend this shop to everyone, and always do. All the artists at High Noon are excellent at what they do, the shop is clean & safe, well decorated, and a good old fashioned sarcastic good time on top of all that. Anyone 18+ can go get a tattoo from a random shop. We all know this. However, if you know anything about tattoos and you know the names thrown around in the Phoenix area you'll know that Mikey Sarratt is one of the top three every time and rightfully so. Not only can this guy tattoo like a damn champ and produce extraordinary work, he also is a kind hearted man who comes from good roots. Two years ago I came into the shop and immediately was greeted with high fives, hugs, and jokes. That in itself in where it's at. The tattoo community should be about family and being comfortable around incredibly talented artists. You get that from every guy at High Noon. Mikey, Jonny, Nigel, and Manny are the homies and will take care of you like no other. Don't get me wrong though, the rest of the guys are talented as well, those guys were just there from the very start and I now know them by name. Seriously though, if you are thinking of getting a tattoo anywhere else... Don't. At least not before you come hang out at the shop with the boys and see what it's like there over at High Noon. I can almost guarantee you'll set up an appointment that day. So please give these guys a peep and come check it out. If you want to see their art why not come see it first hand? This is one of the very few establishments I've ever walked into and didn't feel judged or uncomfortable in. Usually Tattoo Shops have a specific feel to them and the artists come off as pretentious and arrogant. Not this group! They were all so friendly and welcoming and more than willing to listen to your ideas and thoughts on future work. Manny Hernandez especially was so amazing and welcoming. I was looking for a new place to get the tattoo my dad paid for me for Christmas, so I turned to Instagram for inspiration. Searched for places close to my work so I could book something after I was off. Setting it was was a breeze, he was open for that same week which was very convenient. Walked in here and immediately felt the energy. It was my first time here so I didn't know what to expect! Tons of art work to look at while I was waiting so that was entertaining. Nigel did an amazing job! He works fast and It was basically painless, he's got a good hand for tattooing. Im definitely coming back to him for another! Aaron was amazing!! I brought in the image that I wanted done, that I had found on a website. I was concerned that he, or any artist at High Noon, wouldn't do it because I've been turned away before because the artist prefers to do original work. Never should have concerned me. Aaron was amazing, and when I offered him artistic license with the color scheme, he really took it to heart and made it very feminine but still bold. It's not in your face, but it doesn't back down. Like me!! He was done in 45 minutes and the detail is so precise, that my husband spent two hours taking it all in! It even appeals to my mom, who was very against the idea of me getting a second tattoo at all! The shop itself is very clean and styled to look like a wild west saloon. They did have the chiropractor's chair (my tattoo is on the low neck, mid shoulder area, and I was able to sit comfortably while I was being inked. Aaron waited until I was watching to pull out the individually wrapped, medically sterilized needle, which was also very reassuring! Absolutely the definition of professionalism for this business!! I am ecstatic and I'm thinking I may go in again for one of the original roses that they have there!! Beautiful!!! With my pricing rating, I'm basing it on my opinion of the complexity of the tattoo, the intensity of the color and the time it took. I'm not willing to divulge the price I paid, I'll leave that up to the guys. One thing to keep in mind, is they only take cash, but I really can't say I blame them. Got a tattoo by Sophia. She did a good job. Unfortunately, we didn't finish the tattoo and we rescheduled to have an hour or so session to finish it off. She ended up canceling on me the day before and failed to reschedule another appt. I texted her to reschedule and she told me she had a new policy first come first serve at the beginning of each month plus an additional deposit.
