Unknowledgeable in product compatibility. Attempting to persuade me against a vape I already know and use. Why would I downgrade my RPM4 for an RPM3? My experience after visiting 3 times for one product: Went in for an LP2 coil replacement to fit my RPM4 vape. They didn't have that specific one and said that model was "crap" anyways. Ok cool, not stocked on every little thing, sure Then went back in with a different pod that's compatible with my vape, looking for an RPM coil this time. They had a box of them, already opened but there's a few sealed ones left. Yay! I'll just use this setup! Nope. I get home to find RPM3 coils, in a RPM labeled box. These are not compatible :( Went in AGAIN trying to explain the mix-up. Dude behind the counter can't tell the difference. Asks me to unseal a coil to read what it says. Now all parties can agree it's a pack of RPM3 coils in an RPM box. You know what he says? Oh, that should work, it's the same thing. Have you tried to put it in yet? Umm. No. It WAS sealed and I can tell even through the package that it is a different shape...but maybe I'm mistaken?... Get back home, empty my pod, and test the (now opened) coil. Yeah it doesn't fit. Now I have an opened pack of coils that won't fit either of my pods. They don't have any RPM coils, correctly labeled at least. And multiple trips have been for nada. 2 stars because the interior was well decorated. I also liked the upbeat energy during my first visit. I asked my sister to pick up a couple of RAZ DC25000 vapes, as I'm disabled and don't drive, and the store clerk talked her into buying the slightly cheaper ($3) and far inferior TN9000 series, which immediately made me sick and almost ended up in the hospital. If I am able return or exchange these crap vapes, I'll change my review. read more

I went there because of the staff. I informed a Employee, that I sent a group of friends there, for their service and needs. All 10 of their pens didn't work. I told this guy that and suggested maybe theh contact their vendor. He refused to sell to me a different brand. This store may have a great selection but their covid policies are ridiculous! And are not by any stretch the law. They will not let you touch any product before you buy it. So your not allowed to read the box or look at coils and make sure they are really correct. Why is it in every other store you go in including vape stores in central Oregon you can touch the products but this one treats people like they have the plague? I gave this store another whirl because I didn't want to drive to Redmond. Usually I drive from Lapine to Redmond for my vape supplies. But I have to drive to California in a few days and just wanted a quicker drive. That will be the last time I don't drive the extra 30 miles. It's worth it! read more

This is a good example of why you can't always rely on Yelp for perfectly accurate information. I went in with no preconceived expectations (by ignoring Yelp beforehand), and I was beyond satisfied with my experience. The staff was professional, informative, and highly entertaining! I like it when a vape shop has a very clear understanding of all their products. They were all highly informed about everything in the shop, and were more than generous with their time. I can comfortably recommend this place to anyone looking to learn something about vaping, or to more experienced individuals looking to get great gear. Been to this store a couple of times to purchase coils and juice. Customer service has always been okay. However after today I will no longer be there customer. I went in yesterday to purchase coils like I do about once a month. Showed them my vape and told them what type of coils I needed. They looked at it and said okay, we only have those for higher w. Took the box paid the $28.00 without checking the box since I told them what I needed and they looked at my coil. Went home and realized they were NOT compatible. Went back today to return them and once again said they only have the higher numbered ones for my vape as well as I cannot return/exchange for the correct ones. All they can do is give me a 20% off discount of the next box. Which I paid for $25.00. Never going back. Wtf am I suppose to do with a box of coils I can't use at all!? I truly hate this store and wish it wasn't one of the only options in Bend to buy e-juice in a pinch. The employees are clueless. Every time I've gone I've asked questions about flavors, since it's impossible to gauge on your own and there are many options, but the staff never knows their product so I'm left to completely select blind without any sort of help. I went into this place, and it's awesome! I was a bit hesitant because of the other reviews on yelp..but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is super helpful and friendly! They have a good selection of juices too. I am really picky and they were very patient and helpful when I had to try 10 juices just to find one that I liked. LOVE this place. Excellent service, great options and knowledge and were more than professional and accomodating. I came in from out of toen, found out that i have been horrible information at the stores and company in my hometown and i learned that 2 years of ruining merchandise and having horrible luck was not just my lack of understanding but most likely disinformation that kept me coming back for new ish every two weeks. Passing through the area on business and I needed some new Atlantis v2 coils. I called them up and they tell me they have them there on the phone. I show up and all they have is the old coils! The kids working the shop try to convince me that those are the only coils for the Atlantis! I went through and explained the difference between the old and v2 coil then the kid says "actually I don't really know" wtf! Then why try to convince that I'm wrong! My favorite part was when the girl rolled her eyes and gave me a disgusted look like I was bothering her... Today I went in to return a vaporizer that I bought at this location last week. I was told by the woman (Shae or Shay) that sold it to me to keep my receipt and that if there was any issue with it to return it and she would refund my purchase. Well I went in today Shae or Shay who sold it to me was there and she would not give me a refund for my purchase after she told me she would when I purchased this device. She told me to come she couldn't bother her manager because she didn't feel it was necessary. Not only did she lie about the refund she declined to give me the managers information and so I could reach out to him and speak with him about this issue. She said you just need to try your luck and see if he will be here next time you come in. She asked me to come back during the hours of 9am-11am.... as if I don't have a job... come on lady get it together. Overall she just had very poor customer service, was very rude, and did not handle this situation in an appropriate manner. read more

A vape shop that is there for the right reasons. Their goal is to help people quit smoking, not to cater to cloud blowing youngsters. Their staff is courteous and knowledgable. Their staple e-liquids are from a couple Oregon based companies and are of high quality. They have a generous points/rewards system. After just a few small purchases I'm almost eligible for a free 30ml bottle of liquid. I have enjoyed doing business there during the first months they have been open. Their hardware selection, like most new vape shops, is somewhat limited but they are getting in new products all the time. I wish them success. read more

I visited this place on Halloween night. I went in to get a battery, tank, charger & juice. They didn't have much selection in colors. I first chose a pink color, but they only had pink batteries & no pink tanks. The gal who was dressed up for Halloween said she had a blue battery & tank. I told her I would take both. I walked out spending $52. When I got home, I received a pink battery & blue tank. I called right away & told the guy I was given a pink battery by mistake. He told me that they didn't have blue batteries. I was silent for a moment, thinking is this guy for real. I did see a blue battery. I told him I would be back tomorrow to return items. He never mentioned I couldn't return them On my way to work I stopped by. Both the gal & guy were there. I told them I was returning items & they told me I couldn't. I got a little angry. I walked over to the case, low & behold there was the same blue battery I had seen the night before. I asked the guy to come over & noticed his eyebrow raise. He pulled out a blue battery from the shelf & handed to me. There was another guy there with long hair that asked me who I talked to & I pointed to the guy with the beard. He denied it was him & the gal who was sitting on the stool who helped me never apologized. They made the error & were refusing to fix it. Bad customer service. I will never refer anyone.
