I could hear it going, but couldn't feel it on my face. She left the room and I could hear her having a conversation with a male and sounds of working in her kitchen. No ambiance at all. Between hearing a conversation and a radio station that was playing music that was rock and interspersed with ads, it was not at all relaxing. My facials in the past have included massaging the arms, shoulder, neck and sometime scalp. There was none of that. As I left, I asked to see the products that were used. When I got home, I found them on line. The price point was from $3 to $8. So not quality products were used. The charge was $80. I regret that I added a $20 tip. I was very disappointed!
