George S. can be gruff, grumpy, forgetful and can't be bothered with this new-fangled "customer service" stuff. We will no longer work with vendors who do not accept debit or credit cards. About 8:50 AM, Blaise arrived. We discussed our perceived issues and he examined the freezer drawer [Whirlpool refrigerator/ freezer]. After he examined the freezer drawer, he ensured the seal was functional and then reglued it to the freezer door. He then then ordered a replacement "rail support rod" for the freezer pullout door unit. Before his departure, he scheduled a return visit for Noon, Feb. 6, 2026, About 9:32 AM, Blaise departed the house. 6 February - About 8:26 AM, we received a TEXT from Blaise, which indicated that a truck issue [nail in tire] will cause a delay in expected arrival.
