Currently, there is not much info on the food/beverage situation both on the website and on Yelp. We preordered our meals from a selection set by our group, so I have not seen a full menu. I ordered a club sandwich with french fries, and they were delicious. The bread is buttery toasted with quality tasting ham, turkey and bacon. Lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese. However, they put A LOT of mayo on it too. The amount of French fries was huge! Good thing they reheat well in an air fryer. Service was fine, but she really didn't talk much, no real engagement with anyone. It also took forever to get whatever was asked for (side of dressing, ketchup and a ToGo box at the end) This establishment charges a 20% service fee "for better employee wages" but it was not told to us in advance (maybe it is posted on the menu I wasn't privy to). The bar area looked fun, clean and comfortable with a really great outdoor patio too. I asked the manager if the club was public or private and even though it is private was the public able to eat/drink here?Unfortunately, the answer is No, or I would come back to try more food. The food was delicious and the bar was not only stunning, but well staffed with a full selection. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was kind, organized, and seemed to truly care that guests were having a good time. You could tell they do this often and do it well. Parking was easy, everything was convenient, and the whole night flowed smoothly from ceremony to reception. Overall, it just felt like a fun, well-run wedding in a gorgeous spot. First of all, I would like to state, this is a working ranch as well as a private residence. She opens up her home and her property and her barn for such wonderful events. Every time I've been out here for a wedding the owners have said if there's anything we can do to make anything better please let us know and we'd be happy to do it. They always make sure the barn is cleaned up before an event and if there's anything I ever need in terms of something being moved or cleaned up they have always jumped on the spot to get it taken care of. Our events out there have always gone off without a hitch. They given us free reign to decorate, they always offer to have the animals in or out in case we want to pet them during the event or use them as photo props, which Has happened, And they also have an old tractor and an old truck that make beautiful photo props as well. They've moved tables and chairs upstairs to the event location as well as had them set up downstairs outside for an outdoor wedding. They are very very very flexible and always willing to make your day exactly the way you want it. If you're looking for a ranch location for a rustic wedding this is definitely a great option. However, please note that it is a working ranch so there will be dust, there will be hay, and there will be animals. But there is so much freedom in terms of making your day beautiful.

The lamb chops were perfectly cooked - medium rare and absolutely delicious! I ate one chop sharing a few bites with my husband and will have the rest tomorrow for dinner. My husband enjoyed the salad which were 4 quarters of romaine hearts with slivered tuna, hard boiled eggs, and a lovely light dressing. He was very satisfied with it. I ordered the Basque cheesecake to take to our destination tomorrow and my husband had a coffee which he said was very good. The bill was very reasonable for the amount and quality of food.
