the guys that pick up are great. the office is nasty and make many errors. they do not care. i was paid in full when they picked up my cans by error. they now want me to pay them extra to bring them back out. no problem, straighten it out with a phone call. think again. even when showed evidence of their error. they very proudly hold their ground. like the above review.....customer service is a problem and they WILL make it ALL OUT TO BE YOUR FAULT resulting in extra fees. i gladly move my own trash. thank you for the hard working guys that pick up the trash, hats off to you! read more
