SOS came out and was able to figure out the problem and replace a couple of solenoids. Steve set her sprinkler timer to the required day/time per the water restrictions. Her sprinklers went on the correct day/time but they did not stop. They kept running until she unplugged it. She called Steve, left a message explaining how the system would not turn off and if he can come back out or call her back and tell her what to do. No response from Steve. She called a week later, left a message. No response from Steve. Her new watering time is now midnight to 5am. She will have to stay up till midnight to plug in her sprinkler system and set her alarm to get up at 5am to unplug it. I am very disappointed in this company. Taking advantage of my mom. She paid over $600 and I asked her if Steve gave her an invoice or receipt for the work done and she said he didn't give her anything. Stay away from this business, especially if you are elderly.

Our sprinkler service has had some ongoing issues due to water pressure and various leaks. However, while those are being fixed by other companies, it is imperative to note the unprofessionalism from this office. It is beyond abhorrent and apparently wildly known by other providers. While speaking calmly to the office to discuss our next steps, the "owner" became belligerent to the point of deplorable and embarrassing behavior. While putting the quality of service aside, which is its own thread, the disrespectful nature and combativeness is something I've never encountered from a business owner. I strongly encourage others to avoid a service call, issuing any payment, and avoid direct contact. It's very unfortunate to experience such nastiness while attempting something as simple as a sunk sprinkler head. Update- owner's comment is surprising as I was unable to get a word in about ANY concern without being inundated with her "thirty years of service" arrogance and her lambasting.
