Then as he went back out to get in the truck, he saw this horrific site of a monster pine tree that had "just" fallen from our front pasture and taken out two fences blocking the driveway. He does a soft wash, not the "Chuck in a Truck" high water pressure technique that strips away all your high gloss glaze finish, and 3. He shows up on time, does quality work at a steady pace, and cleans up everything before leaving for the day... and he's a really nice person, as well. The roof looked so great, we had him clean and paint both of our concrete side property walls, then the pool deck. He's also very reasonable on his cost so the wallet shock was kept to a minimum. I have been disappointed with either costs or quality of the service and job. NO LONGER! I found Daniel and Pro Clean Tampa when they were doing a neighbors home - I could see by the attention he gave the job, I wanted to hire him to do my home after the last fiasco (two ladies who power washed 1/2 my home with water and nothing else). I was very impressed with the job. Daniel is a young entrepreneur doing his best to build a good and lasting business. He brings all equipment and is prepared to do a 'drip' cleaning of algae on the roof, gutters, siding, walks and drives, etc. His truck is something you won't be embarrassed to have parked in front of your home, and he has one helper. I enjoyed his attn. to detail and the quality of the job well done. I will have him do my home on schedule every 9 months and no longer waste my time trying someone new each yr. His appt. setting and f/u is flawless as everything is set up on his computer and cellphone - you pay him, he enters it on his cellphone app. and receipt is in your mailbox! His costs are not the lowest - I paid $260. for gutters and siding and they were here about 3 to 4 hrs. - both were filthy dirty. I felt badly, but I reached out to the owner via text message asking him if we could make a last minute change, and he said, No problem. After the job was complete, they did a complete walk thru of our home and the work to make sure it met my expectations. Who does that? No one in my experience. Not sure about these other people on Yelp who are negative, but I can tell you we have not dealt with a better company for any type of repair/construction/painting in the last 20 years. Mahalo.
