UPDATE FROM PREVIOUS POST: Of course, they responded not even acknowledging the issue. They are belittling me by trying to say,, "long story short... (insert customer was mad warranty expired) ", which is ENTIRELY UNTRUE.. Own your faults. MY ISSUE was their belligerent and unprofessional behavior, NOT the expiration of a warranty. We chose NOT to do business with them because of their ABUSIVE and CONDESCENDING behavior. We happily paid another GREAT company to complete the job for us. Just admit you are all rude to your customers. Period. Stop treating people like this. They attack ANY negative review. How ridiculous. ***Original post: (copied, so may be typos) First. Let me preface this review: I am a professional business person that has work in customer satisfaction, customer service, and professional success all my life. I am currently an Academic Advisor. I speak with individuals all day every day. I know very well how to communicate effectively and in a respectful tone. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This was the most unprofessional and rude experience I've ever encountered. There are two women in the office every day, Sharron and Libby. Libby is condescending, ridiculously rude, presumptuous, and the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered at a place if business. Husband made appointment, but he was told it wasn't actually made until they called back when they were available. This was not the issue. We were both concerned that the pricing for a visit was $70, as we've never had to call before, so I did call back and expressed that my I was unsure if my husband had had an opportunity to tell them what the true issue was. I was NOT disrespectful, nor did I use any profanity. I simply expressed the issues we were having and asked about the price. Libby, cut me off and was immediately defensive regarding my concern. She became condescending at this point, and every time I tried to say ANYTHING, she would talk over me. I asked her several times to refrain from talking over me, and she became belligerent and presumptuous, accusing me of things like stating, "You called in here to ask us to extend your warranty and you are DEMANDING we do so and that we come out for free!!". THIS was absolutely NOT the case. I never demanded anything. After I, again, asked she stop talking over me... she refused. So I just stopped talking and let her go on and on... eventually, she stopped, and after a pause, I CALMLY asked, "Can I talk, now?". Oh, this sent her over the edge. She all but started screaming and CONTINUED speaking to me like child. I stated that, yet again, she was talking over me and wouldn't even let me talk. She then started yelling... "I am talking over you!". She then put me on speaker, and I finally got to express my frustrations... at which point, I'm so angry I was shaking, but STILL, I was not rude... foward, but not rude. I called her out on putting me on speaker and heard Sharron start chiming in. Now, I'm on with both of them. I was told there were only two them. After Sharron spoke for a while, NEVER apologizing, I was silent... she asked, "Are you still there?", at which I replied... "Honestly, I'm just in shock at the level of disrespect and inability to be professional this entire conversation has been, and I feel very attacked..." Sharron continued to say.. well, "we're past that, we're past that...". THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR BEHAVIOR. My thoughts were... NO, "KAREN", we're not past that! UPDATE: Looked at reviews on them via Google and saw others' complaints only to be re-attacked by these two women. One post to a former customer, they ACTUALLY HAD THE AUDACITY to expose (possibly falsely) an individual for being denied a job application/offer due to their extensive criminal background that they refuse to do business with people like him/her. Talk about DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. Seems like this is exactly what they were doing to me. When I called back today to cancel our previous appointment, I stated, in a calm and respectful tone that I want to cancel. I said, "I was reaching out to cancel my appointment. After further researching your company and seeing a large amount of negative reviews, as well as experiencing the negative and unprofessional conversation I had you yesterday, we have no interest in doing business with your company." At which... surprise, surprise, Sharron cut me off and was clearly not interested in trying to make things right, began to insinuate we are beyond that now and that she was going to disconnect the phone, so this time, I cut her off, and said, "It's very clear that you all have no interest in hearing feedback about your business, so bye..." and I disconnected the call. Looking into reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I will be posting this anywhere I can online, and will of course expect them to reply in a way that paints me as a crazy person. Please, forgive any typos, as I've submitted this via my smartphone.
