If there ever is any problem Randy is all over it. What I also like is that they handle all the money is handled online so no worrying about money orders, or checks in the mail and calling to see if they have arrived. I can pay automatically and keep track of what payment I did. They even email and text payment receipts. Also with the key pad access code to the gate it is essentially 24/7. They don't recommend working in the dark, but they have motion lights and cameras. So basically its worry free storage without anyone fussing over you when you don't need it. That is what I call great service!

I've been laundering my clothes here weekly for the past year and a half with wavering results,…read morefrom okay to poor. The friendliness of the staff fluctuates on a day to day basis, and the machines are usually broken. The interior is dingy at best, even for a laundry-mat. I've put up with the unsatisfactory conditions for so long because of how close it is to my home. Usually when the machines break down or quarters get stuck the staff will reluctantly give you a refund. However, today one of my quarters had gotten stuck in the dryer. After the owner started the dryer, both the owner and attendee insisted that I refund the owner for the additional quarter he had to insert to push my quarter through. I understand that they both suspected that I had not inserted the correct change, and I attempted to explain to them multiple times what had happened. The amount of the quarter itself is negligible. It's the attitude the owner and attendee have towards their customer that is unacceptable. Especially as they continued to gripe amongst themselves about the ordeal with me in earshot. As Someone who has managed businesses and worked in customer service for years. I would never have caused such an ill experience for a customer over a measly quarter. I don't understand how and why business owners in this town think that they can get away with treating their customers like garbage. This is far from the first time I've experienced terrible customer service in Paris. I'm more than willing to drive the extra mile and a half from now on to the laundry-mat down the road.
