And - I am so honored to say, we were their first guests! Being a wife, mother of two grown children, and grandmother to 4 littles, I spend a lot of time with our family. These days, with my grandchildren ranging from 2-7 years old, that time isn't always spent focused on the adults in the family (do we even remember how to have an adult conversation? LOL). So, I wanted to do something special for my husband, our children, and their spouses. My idea was to celebrate "just because"!We are winegrape farmers and winemakers; having just finished our harvest for the year! There are no birthdays or anniversaries in our immediate family in October. And we hadn't hit the holiday season yet. So this truly was just because. Happy to have harvest season behind me, in choosing our "theme" of the picnic, I requested an emphasis on Autumn. Our setting was my daughter's backyard. GARDENIA PICNIC transformed it into a magical, Fall setting; with Autumn colors, and foods - including a gorgeous autumnal themed cake! Yum!! The decor was exquisite; down to the small details. Everything was thought out thoroughly and placed perfectly. Being a "picnic", and not a full-blown traditional meal, the foods were appropriate to that, and in very generous proportions. The menu offers a nice variety of items, and we all enjoyed the selections tremendously! We were blown away by the beauty and thoughtful touches of our picnic! A limited menu and cash bar was available. The food provided by Vintana was excellent, the beverage line much too long. As someone who has planned events in every career role I have had, I feel the space could have been better arranged. The Centre has various venue choices of different sizes. They are used for weddings, reunions and celebrations of all types. They may not need to be booked but it would be great to see more non- profit, charitable and flex functions here in the future. While they have a tasting room inside, your best option is to sit outside on the small yet charming patio. The best part is that you'll enjoy the mountains in the background as you sip on your vino. Service (4.5/5): We ordered a bottle of wine about 10 minutes before close. One of the owners was nice enough to allow us to stay outside on the patio way past closing time. He said we could stay as long as we wanted. That's the type of service you rarely see at drinking holes these days. Food (N/A): They had various snacks to purchase and you can also add chocolates with wine flights but we were on a liquid diet. Drinks (4/5): If you're interested in doing a wine tasting, they have both a red and white option. The prices are affordable (especially by California standards) for both flights and if you'd like to purchase bottles of wine for enjoying there or to take home. I did the red flight. They serve it to you on a cutting board of sorts with a piece of paper giving you a short description of each wine. From there, we had a bottle of sauvignon blanc. I didn't take any wine home, but you can get a discount if you buy in bulk. One last thing that made Belle Marie an awesome winery is that it was one of the few open on a Tuesday in the area. A lot of them are open on the weekends only or Wednesday-Sunday or Thursday-Sunday. Belle Marie delivered on the only day we could stop by. For that, I'm grateful!

Jessica consistently talked with me (she even would request meets rather than me asking for them--wonderfully unexpected) and helped me plan out different things regarding our wedding. Jessica also asked great questions to help me realize things I had not thought about! She also did exactly what I wanted... not to have to think about anything on my wedding day AND not have to worry about asking family or friends to do something in fear that they wouldn't do it. She did everything right. I even was going to pay our florist to move some flowers ($50) and Jessica said she would do it. So not only did she move flowers, wine barrels, etc. for us day of to help keep our costs lower by not paying other vendors or not renting more items but she also kept me sane day of and helped with the planning. Jessica + Circle Oak Ranch... we had our wedding at Circle Oak Ranch and hired Jessica as our day of coordinator. Jessica knows Circle Oak Ranch inside and out! It made it WONDERFUL.
