Stay away from this place! First time I went back they said they looked my info up in their computer and said they did not replace those bulbs then I showed them my receipt. They fixed the light but a few months later another went out and they looked it up again and said it had been 18 months and the 12 month warranty was expired. Then I showed them the receipt I had from 11 months ago so they fixed it. Today I noticed my front bumper was loose so I took a look and they left out the 6 top bolts that hold the bumper on so my big suv bumper was hanging on with only 2 bolts and a couple of wrong clips. Had the car since new and it wasn't like this before they worked on it and hacked it out. They have worked on a few of my cars in the past so I'm not sure if they changed ownership or their quality has just severely declined. Either way they will never touch any of my cars again. Poor work and ever worse customer service trying to decline my warranty. If you do go here you better save your receipt so they don't try and scam you too read more

so I stopped in looking for new hid bulbs for my factory no-Xeon headlights. and they didn't have anything expect led lights I asked about a few mods and they told me they could order whatever I was after so I sled for a price quote on some demon eyes or angel eyes and the price I was given was so ridiculous it was about 4 tes the price of me ordering it off amazon or eBay. they wouldn't even refer me to a website for information. We took in my son's 1998 Dodge Neon to have its lights replaced. The boys at HID Systems were able to make quick work of it. We ended up going with the LED lights for more brightness. At $180 we felt we got a great deal. They had our vehicle ready and out the door in less than an hour. We always get excellent customer service and great advice. I am still pondering wether we will need to replace the lenses. They are the originals, so 20 years old is a long time. The guys here do free lens restoration but they were not able to make these old ones new again. We will use them as they are with the new LED lights and see how we like them. read more

I bought their led lights which cost $225.00 installed. I asked if they adjust the lights the sales guys said yes. I took this as it well be done with a hand shake and paid the $225.00. When I took the car out that night neither headlights were aimed correctly. When I opened the hood to look at the light installed I was shocked to see neither light was clipped in and were only held in by the dust covers. I took pictures of this work and the un aimed lights. I should the manager these pictures which acknowledged the lights weren't aimed. I showed him the clips weren't locked in and asked for my money back. I went on line and founded the same lights for $89.99 a set. Of course they wanted to make it right but after finding a better LED light GTR 2nd generation LED light with a better denser pattern and only $239.00 with a lifetime warranty too. Just had the HID lights installed on my 2006 Jeep Liberty 4x4 on Saturday. I am a repeat customer this is the 3rd vehicle they have installed light on for me. They did let me know that for the turn signal lights that there was water in the lighted area and they could remove the moisture or replace the units. I went with their recommendation and had them order the replacements $80.00 for both or it would have been $50.00 to suck the moisture out. Just made sense to replace. My wife's 2008 Toyota Camrys OEM halogen head lamps had baked and discolored so bad that it effectively had no headlights and we could no longer drive it at night. I did some looking around trying to find someone local who could resolve the issue. We went in to have them give us an opinion on what could be done. They suggested an LED lamp update and confirmed that the lenses in the reflectors were so badly discolored that they needed to be replaced, so they ordered new ones and sent us home with new LED lamps in the old reflectors. That night my wife went to test drive her car in the dark with her "new headlights". Needless to say she was extremely disappointed in the performance and was ready to call them up. She is like a pit bull if she doesn't think she is being treated fairly or is being taken advantage of so I knew it wasn't going to end well if she did. I convinced her to "just wait and see" what the new reflectors and lenses we're going to do before she passed judgment. So just a few days later we got a call that they had received the parts so we scheduled to get them installed, and took the car in. We were very pleasantly surprised that they installed and adjusted everything in under an hour. We took the car home and that evening we went for another test drive to check out the performance of her now new headlights. We both looked at each other with wide eyes at how bright they are now and how much safer we both felt being able to see the road better than ever. So about a week ago she noticed that one of the new lenses has moisture INSIDE of it, so we took it back in to see what could be done. They assured us that everything would be taken care of, they ordered a replacement without hesitation and had us return for installation a couple of days later. I read some reviews where people complained about the cost...but we believe that if you want quality and service that it pays to invest in both quality products as well as quality service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! These people are con artists and will leave you worst off than you were. I had to drive from my home in Vancouver to Foster, where they're located, 3 times. Brought it in for them to fix my headlights. A few days later, they started flickering, so I brought it back. They switched out the bulbs and put in new ones. Within another week, they went out again. So I brought it back a third time. The guy I talked to said it wasn't the lights themselves, it was the ballast, which was not included in my warranty, as they had not originally touched the ballasts. They were quoting me almost $400 to have the ballasts replaced. I didn't have them fix it because I wanted to see if I could have it done somewhere else. I left frustrated, and without my headlights working. I went to get a second opinion at Dick Hannah Acura. Not only did HID Systems cost me a bunch of money out of Pocket for an issue they caused, but on their paperwork, they wrote that they put in OEM bulbs, and they're not even OEM!!!! They roasted my igniters in both of my headlight housings with their knock off bulbs. I wasted so much time, gas, and especially money dealing with these imbeciles. And they continue to not apologize or take Blame for the predicament they left me in. read more

I visited them on Monday January 24th 2022 with my GMC Sierra 1500 with projector lights and fogs . Whoever worked on it by installing a full LED System did great work. First - check your receipt and make sure you don't get slammed with an "extended warranty" that they tell you is included in the original purchase. Second - I no longer own the vehicle and have more than half of the time remaining for the "extended warranty" that was a separate line item on my invoice. They won't refund the unused portion and was told "there's nothing they could do." That just cost you a significant amount of my future business. Terrible customer service. I bought led lamps for 2007 mbz. There were 3 sizes, and their manager was certain the one he sold me was the correct one. Given the slowness created by Covid for installation and two different shops unable to install the lamp, which was the wrong size. I took the part back and they would only give me instore credit because it was not within the 60 day return policy. Lots of other options. I'd recommend going somewhere else. read more

Diego was very helpful. They installed led lights same day on my 03 acura tl. *edited*Keep in mind my headlights were not perfect when I brought my car in. After a closer look at the install i had to down grade my stars. Do to the fact that i feel like the install could have been don a bit cleaner. They said the housing on my headlights were cracked. They didn't put back on one of the headlight caps on the driver side for some reason and the passenger side headlight now has a hole in the headlight housing from which they routed the wires. I would have preferred they sealed the hole so no moisture can get in. They said they were not able to adjust my driver side headlight. However my headlights were aligned perfect before i had them work on my car. Im just hoping that they stand by there 2 warranty. The staff seems very nice and they are helpful. read more

They will sell you junk LEDs for your car and they will go out on you in a month. I had to buy LEDs for my truck for the license plate bulbs. Spent 10 dollars each and within a month in California they crapped out and they installed them. I called and they said no money back. I called on Saturday, they said they had an opening. I drove there and wasn't disappointed. The staff were all easy to talk to and good people. The only thing that was missed was there was a small light right next to the LED's that they forgot was there. The only problem was my car has to have it's bumper taken off to replace the lights. I plan on going back to get some more lighting done so we can get that done then. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say and plan on coming back again in the future. read more

These guys are HACKS! Quan will tell you over and over again no problem, no problem. Well there is a big problem when you say one thing and do another. I happen to call that lying. It is not OK to just start hacking away at factory parts and making sloppy modifications to a $50,000 vehicle, and not asking permission to do so! Quan has a hard time saying he can't do something. If you value the integrity of your vehicle don't let these guys near it. I did get a refund and had to go back multiple times, sucking up entire afternoons of my time. I ended up putting it all back to original by myself because I didn't want these guys touching my vehicle again. You have been warned! read more
