I can tell you that Aloha made this purchase a breeze. They were very patient and knowledgable in explaining the various product options in the showroom. They were very accommodating in lending samples to take home. Larry Smith, who came to do the measurements in our home, could not have been more pleasant and professional. Vicki Smith, who was our contact for quotes and payments also was amazing friendly and helpful. And the installers did a great job both in carpet-laying skill and in overall professionalism. We felt very secure that all of the folks involved were honest, integrity-filled people. And to verify that we had indeed received a very good deal, my folks who live in a different state fell in love with my new carpet and asked for a quote from a business close to them. The price they were quoted was significantly higher than what we paid! We were so pleased that my husband just asked Aloha to quote a job for him at his place of business. So, we definitely plan on using Aloha whenever we need flooring!

Was able to answer the questions that I had based upon their inventory. He let me know that he would call me to schedule a free estimate. I had to come back to ask a week later because I had not herd back but, he did call me the next day. Originally I requested a quote for the floors and drywall. A worker came out and did measurements on the house. After the then I once again had to call (so communication was LACKING) to find out what the quoted price would be. I was quoted a price for the floors ONLY. When I asked about the drywall (I know that they had everyone in house because Zach told me) I was told that they were not aware I wanted walls as well and they would have to call me back to schedule that. 2 weeks went by and no call. I went online to the website where they have a number listed that you can TEXT for an immediate response. I texted the number explaining I was waiting for a call from Zach to schedule the drywall quote and had not herd back. They let me know that Zach was out because his wife gave birth (yay) and when he gets back they will have him call me. I immediately text back and asked would someone else be able to schedule since it's not determined when Zach would return, no answer (I have the messages). A week later (so 3 at this point from the flooring quote) Zach does call, and explains the situation. He asked me if would I be available on Tuesday I said no because I had to take my son to Cardio. But we agreed on the next day. The next day came, I left work and got home at the agreed time, sat there for 15 min, and then called because no one showed. I was informed that the worker came 30 min EARLIER than the agreed time and no one called me. I asked to reschedule, and Zach told me he would speak with AMY once she got back from lunch as she is the one who does the scheduling for drywall (never told me that previously). An hour later no call so, I called and asked to speak with Amy directly, she was still at lunch. I left my information so that she could call me and she/they never did. I felt like I was chasing and begging them to take my money. The communication was terrible, I have the text to their line AND the number of times that I called. I was clear that I needed both walls and floors. I understand that things happen but at the very LEAST call potential customers back. I was happy with the floor quote and happy with how Zach spoke to me it's just that everything else failed. Hopefully others have a better experience, I did not and its unfortunate because I was looking forward to working with them.

I had flooring installed by this company, and the manager, Scott, informed me that they did not…read morehave matching transition strips to complement the color of the floor that had already been installed. I received this information after I had already paid for the material. Scott advised me to go to Home Depot to select the correct color transition strips, as they were out of stock. I went to Home Depot, purchased the matching transition strips, and brought them to the work site. After the installation was complete, I called Scott a week later to request a credit to my card for the original purchase of the transition strips, which had cost me several hundred dollars. Scott informed me that he would need to mail a check to my home for the refund. I asked why he could not credit my account the same day using the same card information I had used for the purchase, and he explained that a check was the only method of refund available. I agreed, and he assured me that he would send the check that day. Several months have passed, and after four phone calls to Scott, I have repeatedly been told that he would send out the refund. After my fourth attempt to resolve this issue, I decided to write this review. As of October 17, 2024, I still have not received the money I paid for the transition strips. I highly recommend avoiding this company, as I am still waiting for the hundreds of dollars in materials owed to me.
