Expect flying bites of rice to catch in your mouth, sake squirts if you're feeling adventurous, and of course... the classic flaming onion volcano. It makes for a great date night, family dinner, or group outing. I ordered the Chicken Hibachi, and it was outstanding. The chicken was juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned--not overcooked like hibachi can sometimes be. The vegetables were fresh, the noodles and fried rice were both excellent, and I have to give a special shout-out to the miso soup... honestly, it may be the best I've ever had. If you're in the Alliance area and looking for dinner with a little entertainment, A1 should absolutely be on your list. I'll definitely be back.
