First time in this area visiting. $18 & then u just fill the container which is very possible. I had takeout. Need more veggie options. Food was what i expected. The options were different & ok tho. The female manager's attitude is nasty!!! I decided not to eat and asked for a refund she got upset that I asked for MY MONEY BACK and told the waitress "She's not eating!" gave me my money and said with the nastiest attitude "you can't go back if you're not eating!"my family was there celebrating a birthday, I was just going to sit at the table with them and not eat or go to the buffet. I've sat and not eaten before back there so I knew she was lying and just mad that I requested a refund. She then repeated herself to me in that same nasty attitude and said to me "DID YOU HEAR ME MA'AM?" At that point I knew she was definitely trying to provoke a response out of me and I told her "YOU DON'T TALK TO NOBODY GROWN LIKE THAT!" "ASKING IF I CAN HEAR YOU, YOU CAN SHUT THE HELL UP TALKING TO ME AND KISS MY ASS!" And I walked out!!! She didn't have to repeat herself to me/antagonize me to get a reaction and then try to play the victim role after I responded! All she had to do was give me my money back and keep all of the extra attitude and smart talk to herself! I've ALWAYS PAID and sat and ate EVER TIME I've went to Hibachi been being a loyal customer and if I wasn't eating I've ALWAYS JUST SAT with my family at the table and didn't go to the buffet! Terrible management, poor cleaning , they have roaches in the kitchen and DONT cover or store raw meats separately or properly.

Yesterday, my family and I went to eat. It was 5 adults and 1 child (2 yrs old). From the time we entered the doors, until the time we left we were treated rudely and disrespected. When we entered, 2 members of group paid with one cashier who happened to be the manager's daughter. This young lady was very friendly and polite. At the same time, myself, teenage son and a friend was about to pay the manager but of course I wanted to see if there would be a charge for the child so I said, we have a child, at what age do kids eat free? The daughter spoke and said ages 2-10 is free while the mom yelled at her really rudely and stated something on the lines of next time, you let them state the age l first. Now, I actually agree with this statement when working with the public because people will tend to give ages that may or may not be true, however, I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE WAY SHE SAID IT AND THE TONE SHE USED.. She could have waited until we walked off and corrected her daughter in a respectful manner. We then walked to the back of the restaurant searching for a seat. She came to the back behind us and said we couldn't sit in that particular area, her tone was very rude and aggressive. We then went to another area, she came behind us saying we couldn't sit together because we were a group over 6 (we had 6, not over) and for a party of that amount 15% gratuity had to be added to the debit cards. There would not have been a problem with adding the 15% to the cards if she had spoken with us in a respectful manner again, but I refused to add it, so for myself, a friend, my teenage son and the 2 yr old that was on the same ticket, we was going to move to the table next to the booth where my other guest were. Stopped by for lunch today (Friday), service was slow, had my first plate of food and sat there for about 5 minutes waiting on the server to bring a fork. Spoons and knives were on the bars, but no forks. Mongolian BBQ was great and the hot & sour soup was great, everything else scored a D+. Maybe it was the day/time, but it's not as good as it was when it was in the mall, quite a difference. read more

I went in for a takeout plate. I was given a small 3 compartment container and I paid almost 18.00. I was told that anything else was extra. I tried it because they had moved from the mall to a much larger area. The selections were uninspired and mostly the typical heavily sauced options. So the one in the mall has relocated but it is basically the same bland boring food. Food, such as Gen Tso's chicken, which should be spicy hot had no hot to it at all. When I asked if they had hot mustard, which will knock your head open, they brought me a pack of what is mostly just yellow mustard with no burn to it. They don't have Sweet and Sour sauce, and no Duck Sauce either. I see no reason for me to return to that place again. read more

The booths are duct taped and there were not that many options for a buffet, especially when you pay over $25 for two. Food was not good, and the cookies they had did not taste right at all. Waitresses did not care that there were customers. They were on their phone the whole time. We paid before we even sat down. Then, we went to get our food and sat down again. Sat there for a good while before I got up to ask if we make our own drinks and to get some silverware. After people got up and left around us, the tables were not cleaned before we even left (which was at least a good 30 minutes+) and more people were coming in walking around just trying to find somewhere to sit. read more

I went in there today and waited at the front for about two minutes with two employees in front of me. They looked at me like I was doing something wrong, so I assumed we were now seating ourselves. I filled a plate and sat down, only to be stared at some more. Like, "Why is that guy sitting there with no silverware or drink?". After three or four minutes, I approached a lady with a managerial air about here (she was on the phone), and told her I needed silverware and a drink. She sent a server to my table, who told me I was sitting in a closed section. I would have started with, "Sorry our service is not worth a damn.", instead of telling me I had to move.
