You've got to be looking for it to find it, it's located in a old, worn down brick factory near downtown Muncie. The prices here are better than other architectural salvages place we have visited, they are actually affordable. It's nothing fancy, wear your coat in the winter as it's chilly inside since it's just an open building with no heat. You can find old doors, trim, wood pieces, door handles and more here. They even had a completely intact old staircase and fireplace available when we went to visit. If you are restoring an older home, or want authentic reclaimed wood, it is your place to go. We did ask - they do not buy supplies from individuals wanting to sell.

I got to the store and after dealing with three different incompetent employees, they couldn't find it -so I told them to just cancel the order. They said they couldn't do it at the lumberyard and sent me to the front. The cashier told me I can cancel it but I would be charged for restocking fee ( mind you this is the product THEY lost somewhere and I literally never had). I asked to talk to the manager who told me it's too bad and I can call corporate because it's their system. FYI- you can't call corporate. Had to make a whole scene. I then walked and tried to order siding only to have to explain to their workers how to use their own website. They were looking at an entirely wrong product on the website and I had to show them how to navigate to the correct one. I'll save you some time- just look online. Dont talk to their unhelpful employees It's quicker, if that's all they're gonna do. What a waste of time. I then went to the paint counter in hopes to get exterior paint. I quickly talked with the worker and asked which exterior paints were best, and he just pointed to each of the ones and said "well this one says it's exterior." ... thank you I can read. Again short and rude and unhelpful. I told him I was wanting to order sample. I looked around for a while, and then when I went to actually get it, he said "oh we don't have exterior paint samples." Lead with that. It was my fault that I gave them one last shot in ordering siding. I successfully ordered it online, waited three weeks, and got a email notification that it was ready to be picked up. Sent my spouse to go get it, and guess what, another fiasco. This order also couldn't be located by the employees and apparently didn't come in and had been mislabeled. They had five other pieces of it and tried to say that was our order (I had ordered 11 pieces...) Honestly, I don't want to make this review too long, but essentially he had to fight that it was the wrong item, they wanted to charge him restocking fees. When he went out to the car to call me and ask my opinion and went back in to go ahead and buy the 5 pieces they had they wouldn't let him because "they already cancelled it". What a mess. Incompetence is one thing but the customer service is horrendous. They should be embarrassed. Run do not walk away from this Menards. Yes Their products are fine, but there is no "corporate" you can call so they can just be jerks, and unhelpful, with no repercussions. Unless you want to be charged for horrible service and being talked down to, do not go near this Menards.

Not your typical farm store because they carry so much more... including Rk tractors! We moved in 16 to Anderson & bought 16 acres with a home to rehab. So much to come to RK for! (Forgive the preposition at the end of the sentence please !). Before Covid we bought an RK 37 hydrostatic tractor. Then the hunt was on for 3 point accessories. If this RK didn't have it the ones in Kokomo or Greenville did. Service excellent. We have had a couple accidents with that tractor and have had some repairs to do. Service at the Muncie Store has been top-notch. When we're shopping this is one of the places that we always price test and many times we make the 20+ mile trip to Muncie as we are this morning. I guess the only negative that I see is that we tend to eat too much popcorn!

The items they sale are just barely below average cost and they could care less about the customer. I had bought two gallons of paint and the lid want secure on one of them and as I was pushing my cart to the lot the lid came off of the can and spilled all over my clothes and shoes and transportation. I didn't make a commotion to it I just simply walked back into the store and the woman was very helpful and concerned and even replaced the can of paint that spilled. She took my information and asked management if there was any way I could at least get in store credit. nd the manager responded, "No. I'm going to do anything like that. That was his fault that happened. How were we supposed to know the lid wasn't on right. He should have checked it for himself." So not only did I ruin a $300 pair of shoes, a new shirt and shorts, and had to get my ride repainted, but i was blamed for the lose lid. So if it weren't for the employee I HONESTY wouldn't be back in this place.
